Not if the permissions are restricted to admins of registered servers. The main concern is whether people want a different permission than "admin" for configuring servers. I think make this a /serverconfig command, and put it somewhere other than Options, and that's probably not a bad idea.

Preact client allows you to just put the console room next to the teambuilder, if you want to do it that way. I'm also planning on adding more dexsearch features to the teambuilder. Probably they will eventually converge.

PMs still wouldn't let you test chatroom features like polls, though. I'm in favor of allowing groupchats to be used for room feature test purposes.

I would appreciate if the individual suggested changes would go in a pull request updating the help text for all these commands. That's probably a good first step here.
