Okay, so I have a question about intentional draws in this tournament. Are intentional draws simply not allowed, and if they are, is there a limit, such as you need to have a certain amount of points regardless of your W-L record (i.e., a 6-1-2 record to reach a 20-point minimum)?

Mega Evolution Does Mega Evolution have any effect on pre-existing stat drops/buffs? For example, if a Lucario is at -1 Def and Mega Evolves while still having this stat drop, does its Defense go back to +/- 0?

I'm pretty sure that D/Cs are based purely on number. I only did about 7 battles and was D/Ced in about three of them, yet I was still ranked, albeit pretty low. Maybe more attention is given to the higher-ranked D/Cers. I don't know.
