yeah you shouldnt have added that much stuff and try to keep things balanced like the arms and when adding something to one side add it to the other side

There are free ways but there probaly not legal =X not that i would know

I think you have to add more to it like recolor it because all you did was stick some wings onto Shaymin but good attempt

Im pretty sure they will create some sort of GBA emulator so the missing GBA slot might not be such a problem
