I managed to find a Shiny Seviper in a horde. The rest of the horde was Zangoose. They just turned around and mauled the Seviper to death in front of me.

Requesting any shiny Seviper-IVs and nature don't matter. Unfortunately, I don't have a lot to offer... I've been trying to Pokeradar some, though.
