Bump. Started testing the team again and I'm currently 22-4 on PS. I've been having trouble with Rain Teams more than usual and things like Banded Dragons which tear through my team.

Thanks for the Suggestion, Skarmory! Although I do love the set on Latias, Im not sure if it'll help against some things like Opposing Weather. Heatran is also covered by Venusaur and to an extent, Donphan. I also believe that it is too slow to set up since I'm constantly switching with this...

Bump: Edited some things, took Halcyon of Light's Suggestions and the team is working wonders. The only problem I have is Opposing Sand Teams occasionally. Also Latias is obviously the weakest link after testing. Just kidding. But I am looking to replace her possibly.

Thank you for the rate, Halcyon! I have noticed the weakness to Heatran and thought it could be handled with stuff like Donphan. But upon further testing I found Most of the time, Donphan runs into a surprise WOW and fails to kill it off. I was also thinking of changing Victini to a Scarfed...
