    Well you would go to the main RNG reporter menu, select gen 5 PIDRNG(or whatever gen you're doing) in the method tab, then put your seed where it says seed(hex) and press calculate PIDRNG starting frame and that should be your starting frame(if there are no moving NPCs) heres a picture for reference
