As someone who's done both imo gen 4 Frontier is harder (assuming we're talking all gold symbols/prints) just because of the factory, gen 4 factory has an extra round compared to gen 3 and there's more stuff that can go wrong since there's a lot more sets.

I'm trying to complete the Dex in Sword, so I'm looking for the following dex entries: I can offer pretty much all the Sword counterparts, or Grookeys as well. Touch trades are fine, or for the evo lines just giving me any of them to keep also works.

I did mine by copying a team from here, with Starmie/Tyranitar/Garchomp. I could give you a pastebin with the movesets and other stuff related to 5 stars, since I did a bunch of it on stream, along with 5 frontier symbols (which is much harder).
