I'm not too fond of using lead Yanmegas. They can easily switch to their special wall right off, forcing you to switch. If they get Stealth Rock up before then, your Yanmega loses half his heath right off. Gallade is good, but given the lack of speed your team has, you may want to replace him...

Might I suggest Thunder Wave somewhere on Togekiss? With how slow your team is, some paralysis support could be quite helpful. I mean, sure, you could get along without it since you have SpecsZam, but if he goes down, you may have some issues.
