I would toxic orb on conkeldurr to go with guts, also a focus sash on Krookodile being your lead can be OK'd fairly easily.

I have to dislike the all leftovers except gengar's item being gengarite which is fine but really i would mix up the leftovers. I would suggest rocky helmet or make jellicent all attacking and assault vest.

I don't see many flaws with this especially since it is just for friendly battles and isn't made to be super competitive. I could see stealth rocks on garchomp instead of swords dance/stone edge. Just something you might want to try out
