Edit: Apparently Multiscale doesn't have a pop-up when it activates. Still, Sylveon doesn't appear to have any scales (and all Multiscale Pokemon are Flying type, which Sylveon isn't).

As far as I can see the second Hydro Pump wasn't a critical hit, yet did around 40% damage, compared to the critical hit which did 50% damage. If Sylveon had Multiscale it probably would have popped up like Iron Barbs did when Ferrothorn was attacked. Critical hits have probably been nerfed...

I'm only against this because most of the new Pokemon look like trash. I don't think sticking some hair on Ampharos makes it much of a new design, or convey the idea that it's stronger.

What I meant was that evolutions have always been permanent. Unless Mega evolutions aren't permanent Mewtwo should not be able to switch between formes, therefore creating a contradiction between the movie and these leaks.

This sounds like a generic line from a fake rumour list to be honest. Edit: lel Mega Stone Wasn't it shown in the movie that Mewtwo could freely move between its normal forme and its Awakened forme? If so, the new forme can't be an evolution. That should create some doubt with the new "leaks".
