The shiny frame is too low. After the 128 steps to advance the IVRNG, the PIDRNG will be well over your target assuming you'll be doing your steps where you can encounter Pokemon. I got 300~ after my 128 steps.

How many frames does listening to Chattot's Chatter cry increase the PIDRNG?

Intuitively, this makes sense, but I was wonder if anyone had tested it. I don't want to just assume it is the case before doing 1000+ frame advancements, ya know? @_@;;

Pardon me if this is stupid. On the third floor of the Celestial Tower, the trainers only seem to turn if you are running. If you walk instead of run, do they not advance the PIDRNG? I'll test this later when I actually get to the Tower in Black, but I was wondering if anyone else had noticed...

Any word on what Power Items/Everstone do to the PIDRNG? Or is RNGing shiny Eggs still not possible?

If the button action for a standard SEED is A, do I have to lift my thumb and press it again after pressing it to start the game from the menu, or can I just keep it pressed?

Posting here so I don't end up cluttering the thread. Alright, take your full SEED(the 16 digit one), put it in the reporter, select Method5 natures theoretical from the drop down menu. Input your ID/SID and select your sync nature and then see if the nature on frame 119 is still calm.

There's a chance if that working. Plug your SEED into the reporter and see if a sync changes the nature on frame 119.

No, you need to advance the frame to 119 to get the shiny.
