Sweet Scent is advancing by 27 frames for me in HG (or at least I'm moving from frame 7 to frame 34 once the screen goes black), is this normal? I've been hearing numbers like 2-3. :/

How much does Fishing seem to advance by these days? Are there any fishing places with no moving NPCs? (I remember seeing a list or locations with Static NPCs somewhere, but have since lost it).

What's the best way for me to go about hitting my seed and delay using Dsemume? Using PikaTimer causes a lot of variable lag, and as a result really uneven seconds (although delays are generally somewhat constant). I've never timed without PikaTimer/Emloop before, so any tips would be <3.

I take it you RNG HGSS with DsMemUe? How do you time to hit your seed? PikaTimer makes me have a load of lag that ruins my seconds and delay. :x
