Ah, im a little confused with your data, one of your first lines say "Confirmed: Battles 1, 2, 4, 6, 11 = IV03" what do you mean with IV03? I thought according to you the IVS could only be 15, 18, or 21?

maybe its just me but most of the pokemon we have made analyses for are in the low bottom tier. Only a few have cut it to the mid tier/ top tier. I think we should consider going for a larger mid tier.

With the regi's its almost unpredictable with what they are going to do. Some curse, others use rock polish and then explosion. Sheer offense usually takes them out. So id say the regirock is probably equally a threat because of his stab rock moves.

I would actually count Spark as a notable move considering it gets stab. Bite is an excellent move with only 60 Base power especially if it gets stab. There are quite a number of pokemon that learn bite before level 20 that can solo with bite (ekans/arbok) so I'd say spark is pretty good...
