Sucker punch is not a tutor move in bw2. You have to tutor it in the 4th gen games.

You should be looking more at useful spreads than "good" ones. Those top tier players that you're reading about ev their pokemons to serve different purposes. I'd suggest you do the same using a damage calculator. Decide hits you want to survive, things you want to beat, or mons you want to...

The only problem is that without a very specific niche that it can consistently provide, Whimsicott is almost dead weight.

On gbu recently, I encountered someone running a similar strategy, but running Regigigas alongside skillswap Dusclops. Dusclops is way bulkier than pretty much any worry seed user, and doesn't care about receiving slow start. Not to mention, with will-o-wisp and trick room, Dusclops can play a...

And even then, Rotom-H is a major threat to Heatran, being immune to earth power, resistant to heat wave, and doing a hefty amount of damage through those STAB t-bolts.

It has not, and it probably won't be. The only DW legends that have been released are those through the Dream Radar: Thundurus, Tornadus, Landorus, Dialga, Palkia, Giratina, Ho-oh, and Lugia.

Yes, but it is accessed the same way. It all depends on which game you send a pokemon into the dream world with. With a bw1 cart, you'll only find non-Unova mons. With a bw2 cart, you can find any of the released dreamworld mons including Unova. You're very close actually, but it has less to...

Everyone is quoted as Fat. Also, its very unlikely that it will be. Scrafty is not available through Dream Radar, so if he is released it will most likely be through event or bw2 dream world.

Scizor and Chandelure complement each other well, what with flash fire taking an otherwise fatal hit for Scizor, that being on the switch of course.

I wasn't saying to trade the item. I'm referring to the Landorus itself. Edit: Upon further investigation, you cannot trade Landorus-T. Sorry bout that.

Just trading a Landorus to someone with the reflecting mirror so they can transform it will work just fine. Regardless of the upcoming rules, Thundurus is about 99% confirmed to be in it, and he's the main culprit of paralysis spreading. In addition, if you don't mind the shaky accuracy of WoW...

Lead is a fairly singles-centric term, as well as dual-screening for that matter. Vgc is a format where prediction and switching up your team is key, so you'll rarely be starting the same thing every match. As far as dual-screening goes, it's not impossible, but it's fairly difficult to set up...

The contrary recipient will receive the stat drops. Contrary does not prevent stat drops. For example, contrary shuckle using shell smash will boost its defenses by one stage, but drop its offenses and speed by two stages. Since the changes are being passed to the recipient and not actually...

On a specs rotom-w, would it be more useful to run thunder or volt switch in the fourth moveslot? They both have their utility: thunder hits rain teams harder with 100% accuracy, but volt-switch allows me to get out of a potentially hazardous situation, or switch in a team mate for free while...

Most likely it will only be a top 8 due to time concerns.

I did the calcs and non-specs Rotom-w doesn't even OHKO non-rindo gastrodon. However, it does 2HKO with rindo.
  17. VGC Ask a Simple Question, Get a Simple Answer - Mark II

Would hp grass on rotom-w be a viable choice? Gastrodon is a very common switch in to it and the standard rotom-w can't damage or even harass gastrodon. I find it hard to justify the loss of t-wave but I do currently have an alternate method of reliably spreading paralysis.

Ludicolo is also a very solid pokemon to put on your team to counter rain. Even swift-swim variants can hold there own outside of the rain. Just watch out for toxicroak and kingdra, though you should have a solid dragon check on your team regardless.

So, I ran a timid scarf chandelure on pretty much every one of my teams in VGC'12. However, it didn't quite hit hard enough for it to warrant use on multiple occasions and it sat on my team as a niche revenge killer and overall check to sun teams. I was wondering if switching it to a modest...
