Another damn Tourney Arena:

Surrounded by thousands of screaming Pokemon fans, the ASB Arena can be best described as a standard Pokemon battling arena. In the center of the arena lies a dirt-based floor outlined to show two separate sides (with a white Pokeball center). Surrounding the dirt is a moat filled with water. The moat is about fifteen feet wide and creates a perimeter around the dirt arena. The arena itself is eighty feet wide, one hundred feet long. All moves, weathers, and abilities are legal for the match, since it's an outdoor arena with a large water source and packed dirt. Pokemon must stay in the arena (or the dimensions of the arena in the case of Flying Pokemon, who cannot leave the arena and cannot fly higher than sixty feet). This prevents Pokemon from injuring the crowd watching the tournament. There are no outside interruptions by fans, Pokemon, or other elements not associated with the current battle.

Come on out Hermes! You have a type disadvantage so go with Multiscale to keep some damage off. Let's kick this off with Rain Dance and then attack with Waterfall for some nice damage. It's unfortunate that you don't have Surf but we'll make do. Wrap up with Thunder which will hit fore sure with tha Rain in effect.

Round 1

Both battlers stand facing each other in the middle of the large Pokemon arena. All around them fans are screaming their hearts out for these two battlers. On the right we have C$FP, a well know trainer around here and a great tactician with his Steel type Pokemon. On the left we have AlphaJolt, who is not only a good battler, but also a good contest coordinator. Both trainers send out their Pokemon. C$FP sends out Heavy Head, an Aggron that would impress even Steven Stone. AlphaJolt sends out Hermes, a powerful Dragonite that would make Lance tremble. The crowd cheers wildly as both these Pokemon are released and the match begins.

Hermes begins the battle quickly and without hesitation. He begins doing an odd dance that most of us don't understand but AlphaJolt just smiles quietly as he watches his Dragonite dance around the arena. Suddenly dark clouds begin to form over top of the arena. The Rain Dance that Hermes performed seems to be paying off as now it is pouring. Despite the fact that rock types hate water, Heavy Head stays in the battle and won't give up. He begins to summon rock up from underground and they begin to float around him. The rocks move over top of Hermes who is unaware and just finishing off his dance. The rocks fall directly onto Hermes for a massive Rock Slide. Hermes manages to subdue the damage thanks to Multiscale though. Hermes realizes that some damage would be good and begins to attack. He speeds across the arena with water surrounding his claws. He reaches Heavy Head and strikes him with a deadly Waterfall. With the boosted power from the rain it strikes for some very good damage and sends Heavy Head flying into the wall. The crowd cheers wildly despite the rain, the wouldn't miss this battle for anything. Heavy Head slowly gets up and and begins to glow. He begins fusing his rock body parts with his steel body part, giving him Iron Defense. Hermes seems not to care about the extra defense gained and begins to attack once again. This time he doesn't dance but the clouds get darker anyways. All of a sudden a massive Thunder attack strikes Heavy Head. It does some heavy damage and a large cloud of dust results. Hermes satisfied with what happened flies upward a little to get a better view of the field and Heavy Head, but on his way upwards, Heavy Head comes flying out of the cloud of dust head first, surrounded by a blueish white aura. He strikes Hermes with a Head Smash sending Hermes crashing into the ground. It does massive damage despite Mulitscale as these two Pokemon get up and face each other in the pouring rain.

Nice start, it only gets rougher now though because you don't have Multiscale. Use Thunder Wave to paralyze him. The less he can attack the better. Hit him with another Thunder and then finish with Waterfall again.

"Alright, hopefully we won't get haxed and we can use some strong offense to take care of this."

Round 2: Haxggron

The match continues between C$FP and AlphaJolt. Hermes begins by trying to get some hax on Heavy Head. He fires a blue jolt of electricity at Heavy Head for a paralyzing Thunder Wave. Heavy Head fights off the palatalization and once again summons rocks from the ground below. He sends them crashing down on Hermes for massive damage now that Multiscale has worn off. Hermes tries to get in more damage and hits Heavy Head with yet another Thunder for some good damage. Heavy Head tries to return the blow but is fully paralyzed. Hermes doesn't let up and continues his attacks. His claws begin to be surrounded by water and he uppercuts Heavy Head for a Waterfall attack. Heavy Head tries to attack but flinches from the Waterfall.

*siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiigh* "Freakin' hax. BTW, being fully paralyzed lowers the paralysis stage by 1, so Aggron should now be 15% paralyzed. Now, hopefully THIS TIME we won't get too haxed, but maybe I am jinxing myself by even saying that."

Head Smash, Rock Slide, Head Smash

We might have a chance if hax continues so let's kick this into gear! Use another Thunder followed by Waterfall for the hopefull flinch again. End with Thunder Wave to renew the paralysis.

Being fully paralyzed lowers the paralysis level? Is that a new rule included in the most recent SotG?

Round 3: The end

Knowing that he needs to battle smart if he wants to win Hermes begins with another perfect accuracy Thunder attack. It hits Heavy Head for some good damage but not enough. Heavy Head begins to glow blue for a counterattack. Fighting the paralysis, he trusts himself towards Hermes and delivers a deadly Head Smash. It deals massive damage and sends Hermes crashing into the ground. The crowd cheers wildly. Knowing that any more of those Rock attacks could lose him the match, Hermes springs into action and delivers a deadly Waterfall attack to Heavy Head and hopes that he flinches. Heavy Head looks scared and he can't follow his trainers orders because he flinched. Hermes sees the opportunity and takes the chance to renew the paralysis with another Thunder Wave. Sadly for Hermes the hax don't kick in and Heavy Head delivers the finishing blow with another Head Smash. Hermes is unable to battle, C$FP and Heavy Head win!

Action 3

I just wanted to point out that Aggron's numbers shouldn't add up for his HP, this is because I realized that I miscalculated Waterfall damage, It should of done 12 HP while he had +2 defense and not 15 HP so I gave him an extra 3 HP during this round from the 1 time that he was hit by Waterfall while having +2 Defense, the outcome of the match would still be the same though.

GG. Dragonite did quite well considering that it doesn't know Earthquake. Thanks for reffing, Steampowered!

Good game C$FP and thanks for reffing steampowered. I'm buying two moves that would have helped a ton, Earthquake and Surf. Congrats on ending my 9 game winning streak :)
EDIT: don't forget to change the op to completed and not ongoing.
