1v1 Old Gens Reservation Index
Welcome, everyone, to the new official 1v1 Old Gens Reservation Index! You will be able to reserve for analysis Pokemon for the previous generations of the 1v1 metagame, which will eventually be uploaded to the Smogon Pokedex
To reserve an analysis, please post in this thread with the name of the Pokemon you are reserving and the set or sets you wish to analyze. A QC member must approve the analyses by liking the post before you can post a thread in this forum containing your work-in-progress (WIP) analysis. All analyses are expected to follow the Spelling and Grammar Standards.

Guidelines for Reserving an Analysis:
- Anyone can reserve two Pokemon at a time. If you are currently a badgeholder or member of QC, you are able to reserve four analyses. Analyses currently in GP do not count for the limit total.
- Do not reserve the Pokemon without extensive metagame knowledge, knowledge of how the Pokemon works, and a lot of experience with the Pokemon. If it is clear you do not know what you are writing about, then your analysis will be reassigned.
- Pokemon may be reserved only if they are ranked in their respective Viability Rankings. Exceptions made be made on a case-by-case basis, usually only if the Pokemon is still being voted on in the VR.
- Normally, Do NOT reserve Pokemon if you don't have the time to finish the analysis!

Analysis Thread Tags
When you post your thread, be sure to use the appropriate tags for each stage of the analysis. Update your thread's tags and stamp number as you move through the process. While Old Gens is a laxer process than the main generation, higher priority analyses will be more likely to be reassigned the longer they take to get out of WIP or implement checks. Let a QC member know if you're going to be busy.
[WIP] - Work in Progress: The skeleton is incomplete and is not ready for the QC team to evaluate. Please avoid making comments in these threads until they are ready unless it's something very important.
[Quality Control] - Quality Control Ready: In the thread title, include [QC 0/2]. The preview is complete and now needs to seek approval from the QC Team. Make sure you update the thread title with the number of QC checks you currently have. Please implement a QC check before 1 week has passed.
[Copyediting] - Grammar-Prose Ready: In the set title, include [GP 0/1]. The two required QC approvals have been met. The Grammar-Prose Team now takes over. When you are ready for a GP check, please tag the GP bot, GP Team.
[Done] - After the analysis gets a GP stamp, it is ready for upload.
