now that i have appropriately pricefixed myself via my record, i wont need to manage again! i guess to start obviously this was my first PL experience - i did go positive in sv aka tier i never played before so watevs im proud about that. losing isnt ideal but honestly im less sad that we didnt win the trophy, rather that we have to miss out on the rest of our team atmosphere for another week. rly i quite enjoyed getting to know all of my player cos this entire tour was genuinely a really fun experience during a less than ideal time in my life, and i hope i can replicate that experience in future team tours. cos really, i think the gold of team tours or any competition where you invest some amount of time in ultimately to work as a team to win is what you really can take away from it, whether that be as a player or person. thanks to Heika for giving us the manager slot!

crow crumbs BIRD BISEXUAL :biheart: you were obviously the true carry of our team, crucify teambuilder imitation and good record aside. literally you could pass people shit and they would pilot it (and win?! to the chagrin of alice) and had a hefty amount of creative ideas that were the difference maker of many games in many of our series, in multiple tiers. obviously our ss isnt as powerful without your influence but you showed a positive influence in every other tier. i wish i could have helped more but really at times i felt like i didnt need to, which spoke to your ability to superhuman manage that part of the team. anyway i hope you didnt regret the adventure, i had a great time playing with you, and whenever your next 1v1 battle occurs im sure you can show your team a party.

eblurb EMIL EGRESS firstly, thanks for giving barras another chance! sorry we couldnt live up to expectations of last year but i hope you enjoyed your time around the team regardless. you had strong games and a good record, obviously, but what you should do is ask that girl out (HES GRANDMASTER IN TFT BTW) ! i have a lot of respect for how you carried yourself in the teamcord cos you were acting as a shadow manager at times and being willing to speak for what people needed to hear at the time. this is coupled also balancing a tier you were revisiting after a fuckton of time spent absent from it. ur obviously one of the all-timers!

Rellia RELLIA RAID cressrellia u and i may have been kindred spirits. we started 3-1 then mega slumped LMAOOO oh well. i mean i like to think that we needed these wins early to keep momentum up for the rest of our team yeah, it was a good way to show everyone that we were a strong team off the bat! thanks for being chill about showing up, building, and playing tho, sm is kind of a lameass tier so i appreciated not having to think about it as much and hope u had a good time despite that, and that your fish count keeps accelerating.

rssp1 RSSP RUFFLE obviously i have a lot of positive things to say here unrelated to mons but i dont need to publicly haha. as one mafia plant claims another, thanks for signing up and giving it your best shot especially also being in a tier you were unfamiliar with. the way you thought about threatlists inspired our earlier weeks' building and did inspire bird from a manager perspective. even if it didnt show in the series you played, you did have solid teams that i felt good about loading - hope u play future tours!

Anyways, another tour that I get pretty far in but choke in the clutch ig... The Lumii being on the hall of fame thing will have to wait once again it seems. I didn't make one of these for OGPL because I was down in the dumps and was kinda emotionally not there after that tour, but ye.

Elo Bandit I still don't know what prompted you to want to draft me in PL6 but I think it's gone well these past few years. Retains really are kinda broken huh... Anyways, again, one of my closest friends on the site. I'm really glad that I was able to be on a team with you all these years and all that you do for all the teams that you're on is insane to me. You're genuinely one of the best teammates I've ever had and one of the nicest people I've met. I'm glad that I was able to be on your teams all these years, but it does suck that we couldn't get this one. Idk when the next time I'll be your teammate will be, but I do hope that it will end up being soon.

Urfgurgle I still credit you (and Gym Socks!, do we think he will ever log back in to see this ping?) as the people who really taught me how to play BW. Outside of Gym though, I personally credit you for being the person who taught me how to play 1v1 as a whole. Until you sent that super long dm to me about playing 1v1 before my first game in PL6, I did not know that people even used the damage calculator for things outside of building (or like doing nuzlocke calcs ig lol). Thanks so much for everything over the years, and thanks so much for the BW support this year. I couldn't help out as much as I wanted to due to having irl stuff going on, but genuinely, having you around is one of the best blessings that this team could have ever gotten.

Synonimous Getting to know you throughout this tour was really cool. All the odd VC conversations we had about random polisci, econ, and philosophy topics, and just random stuff about academia were actually so fun, and are just things that I enjoy a lot that I don't get enough of from people I usually talk to. Having a self-sustaining ORAS slot, especially one who is as good as you are, is really massive, and I'm really looking forward to potentially teaming with you in the future, but I do 100% need to learn a specific card game that you seem to be really good at, bc that sounds fun af...

Here Comes Team Charm! I've never teamed with you before but I've come out of this experience thinking that you're genuinely one of the coolest people in 1v1. For some reason, my brain just decided to imagine anything you said in chat, including all the jokes, in a really deadpan style and it's made everything kinda silly. You're a really good player and your builds are really unique and I really hope that you're gonna stick around and play more team tours. It's really a joy seeing you around.

ihbst I think you were genuinely the heart of the team this year. I didn't know who you were outside of seeing you on ladder a few times when I would play, but you're such a cool teammate. How active you were, even when you weren't slotted early in the season, and how willing you were to learn from everyone around you was really amazing to see. Getting you for 3.5k was such a steal, and I'm genuinely amazed by how much you've improved over the season. I think that you're genuinely gonna be really really good at the game if you stick with 1v1, and I'm really looking forward to seeing you around the tier more if you decide to stick around.

Kala chasmah It's been really cool seeing you grow as a player from being the ladder player that you started off as to being someone who really can do well in tours. I'm sorry that I couldn't support you more throughout the season, but seeing you at the beginning of the season versus the end of the season makes me feel that I was looking at two different players entirely. Also, going positive in your first PL is a really good start, and something that I did not get to do, so ye. It was really fun helping you with your teams, and seeing you win games was probably the thing about this season that I enjoyed the most. Good luck in HPL dude, you've got this.

Clementine We sadly couldn't get you yet another custom avatar, but seeing how much you supported the team despite all of your other responsibilities and stuff throughout the site was awesome. Even small things like helping out with figuring out when everyone is playing or helping out with scouts throughout the season means a lot, and it's awesome to see someone who was on the bench for so much of the season help out so much with things for the team. Good luck with being the Sprite Leader and all the other things you do on PS / Smogon, which is probs more than I can think of doing ever lol...

Fragments I hope you're doing better with irl stuff. Ik all that stuff comes first, but all the things you did to help out despite everything you had going on irl, whether it was just the little silly moment of posting blanched trying to steal you to their side and stuff really kept spirits up, and I'm glad that you seemed to have things sorted out more and became a bit more active in finals. Good luck in all your other tours, cause it feels like I've been seeing you around a lot around the site-

dreepy Oh my god you ended up trolling me so many times this PL. I know that going out on a string of losses sucks, but you still played really well this season. Between OGPL and PL, it was really nice teaming with you, and even though I don't know you super well and stuff, it's really fun seeing you play. But holy shit you really know how to troll me super hard......

deddd I kinda ended up asking you for teams a couple times this season (sorry!!) but just generally it's been really cool to see how we ended up being friends despite a lot of things that would make me think that I'd never end up being friends with you and stuff. I might take you up on running back OGPL but I'm unsure atp and I've kinda continued to realise that I'm not a great manager altogether, so yeah... 5-3 isn't that bad ig, it's still positive, but only being a game better than how I played in my first PL kinda sucks. However, I have a lot more to work towards as a player, and that's something that's become really apparent this PL, so perhaps it's another Lumii improvement arc time. On the flip side, however, I don't really have much that ties me to 1v1, so I don't really know if I'll play another team tournament after this, or how much I want to contribute, that sorta stuff. Who knows?

On a personal note that I don't like talking about too much though, this was the first time I was stable irl when playing PL. That definitely may have been a part of what made this my favourite 1v1PL to date, but a lot of it is also the Rhyps squad this year being one of the best groups I've been around. All of y'all are really good players, and I'm really excited to see what y'all will do from here. I don't know if I'll be on rhyps again, and I don't know if I'll be able to team up with y'all again. I don't even know if I'll continue to play 1v1 at this point, but I had a lot of fun, and if there's anything tying me down to 1v1 right now, it's all of y'all, so thanks so much for being the best team that I could have asked for throughout this season.

We had six players end up with a 5-4 record this year, which is sorta insane. seven slots going positive with 8+ games played in each of them is kinda awesome. It's always so much more fun being on teams when there's nobody really carrying and everyone's just doing a good job and holding up their slot. Just all-round, awesome team, glad to be a part of it, and I'm kinda excited for the future...

Congrats to the Thwackeys for winning, especially to DripLegend and Blanched for having insane years. Additionally, wanna shoutout bo_bobson27, losing to you in seven kinda drove me to get better throughout the season. Losing in finals also is doing that now, so yeah, even if I don't play in tours for a while, I'll still keep up with the SV meta and keep improving myself as a player, so ye...

I have a hard time making this post because I have so much to say and I don't even know how to start. My personal journey in 1v1 has been pretty insane, I don't even know how many people were around to read SilvioGiovanna bs from PL3, and on that note, holy fuck, I've been fighting for this trophy for 5 years. I went and looked at the list of players who played both in PL3 and PL8 and still don't have a PL trophy. Kaif Close Felucia DezShizzels Rellia Kry Elo Bandit I feel you guys completely, I'm quite lucky that I got it this year and I'm a super tryhard that grinds his heart out and uses every resource he has, and it took me so long; winning PL is so much harder than it seems... I feel quite bad that we knocked rhyps out of finals because of their journey so far it felt right to them, I guess the plot just favored us. You'll all get it someday though, I believe.

Back in PL4 when we lost to finals tiebreaker last series last game I was completely overwhelmed. It was such a devastating experience after carrying the team as a 6.5k noob and winning in finals and both tiebreaks. I didn't take it too much to heart, since we were kinda the lucky morpekos and barraskewdas were so mf dominant the whole tour, + it was my first serious pl (we don't talk about pl3).

PL5 is the one that completely broke me. Those who know know, for those who don't know: I was in a terrible place mentally, it was nearly my rock bottom and the amount of stress teamtours bring you are not a good addition to that. The PL4 loss still weighed on me and especially the runback with zioziotrip (love you still buddy even if we don't talk a lot these days, I highkey wanna name my future son after you) was so much motivation to win the tour. We had a really strong team too, and both of us performed really well at that, I can't say that anything went wrong besides me being a complete wreck and a mess and all the bs I pulled, I still thank my team from back then for putting up with my antics. I have so many faults for why we lost, losing to jacob in finals, giving danny a team 3-0d by genesect, losing the tiebreak g5 to a wrong last minute spread after being up 2-0, and so much more, and yet we got so close. Getting reverse 4-0d when you're one game away from the tour win is something no one should experience ever.

I still don't know what went wrong in PL6, even looking back at the auction, it's one of those teams that still to this day feels like a cheater lineup and the stars aligned to make everyone lose badly. I don't have a lot of memories from that tour tbh, so I'm not gonna comment much on it.

I think the one year ban did a lot of good for me, I kind of found myself, even if I have a long way to go, and I'm glad to be back on the site competing and contributing. But enough moping, the only reason I'm not being all high, mighty and cocky about it is because in reality it hasn't hit me yet at all, like... okay, give me a second.

I put everything I had into this tour since the beginning, and that shows from the simple action of not buying myself; which is kind of ironic now cause I won my wc trophy with a 1-4 record and my pl trophy with a 0-0 record. DEG crucify I hate that you guys were right and how much you farmed til now, but being a non-playing manager is way too broken. I still lowkey wish I would've bought myself cause I felt really good about how I played in tests and how I read picks in general, but I guess that's a question for next year.

Can you believe I was this hoe's second choice. Insane. Especially after these guys drip and waylaid ruined my legacy. Not to talk about that mf jacob.

LpZ i was not a truther my bad yo but Feaniix i always believed in u on god. I was kind of torn on which one of you I believed in most, I was big on feaniix for a long time but I wanted to believe in drip's vision. I think transitioning from 6v6 to 1v1 is not seamless at all and lpz had played wc already, so i think that's a bit what costed feaniix. But holy fuck lpz you understood my vision of the tier to a T! I've never been so in tune with someone about the meta. The fact that you instantly requested my kids ferrothorn and chandelure I just knew you were the fucking goat. I'll retain you next year and the year after God knows how much I loved having you on the team. I kinda wish we had picked bw in tb and I was sooo confident in you when you were the last player remaining. The only problem was my building but I just knew you were that guy. Congrats on your trophy again you're such an insanely good player man.

We super had a vision for everyone we wanted to get, and the fact that we managed to buy pretty much everyone is crazy. Still it didn't all go according to plan. I still hate u (kidding btw) Sanshokuinsumireko for refusing 11k retain just to go for 11.5k to the bottom placed team. U could've gone x-0 with a trophy, but alas, maybe another tour.
Another buy we were really big on was Synonimous but we just didn't have the funds. I've always wanted to team with you, but I guess it'll have to wait.
And then Jamez I'm not sure how things went this way man. I'll admit we didn't have you in our draft plan originally, but you best believe I was hella happy to get you in the auction. In another timeline I believed in you more, pushed you harder to prep and play more seriously, and kept slotting you despite the bad start. In the end you beat close in w7 and were supposed to win your game in finals, so you're definitely a good player. Had I decided to keep slotting you the same way I did with waylaid I'm sure you would've turned your record around. Still got the trophy so can't really complain huh? For the first time you were the one to be carried. I also won wc with a 1-4 record so it's quite funny to share this fate together. Enjoy the trophy and custom yo.

The start of the tour actually gave me the best vibes of all time

It was so fun to just fuck around in vc teaching xdRudi.exe how to play SS. You were the goat fr, I really wanna retain you next year if I can. I think after the first few weeks we fell into a bit of a slump since Mishlef was super busy building his own slot, I was busy with bw and oras, so we kinda left you til the very end, didn't do a lot of tests and just generally neglected you. You were still really really good, a lot of the time you just got 3-0d because our prep was not the best. You also had to face off against undefeated Aliss twice in a row which doesn't do justice to your record, especially since you gave her the toughest time of all. I hope you keep actively playing 1v1, see you around.

Related to this I wanna give a big shoutout to LRXC, I think this tour got us closer than we ever were, since we didn't ever really see eye to eye and we had our differences. I really just genuinely enjoyed just watching you stream battle factory and I still have the itch to stream hgss bf myself. It was so unexpected for me to see you actively build sv for so many weeks and just prep the fuck out of miyoko. I attribute their entire success to you since they were winning a lot early on with your teams, and they were actually good teams. Thank you for hanging out and I would give you the trophy and custom if I could, hope u keep sticking around the community.
On that note Miyoko I'm glad we got you and I see why drip was so high on you. You had a really good starting performance that picked up our slack while we were figuring things out like slotting and building and unrusting, so thank you for that. I apologize that as time went on we had less and less time to build for you and ended up with last second teams and re uses. Your record is definitely not indicative of your skill, given the building struggles and the streaks of bad luck you ended up running into

We had a lot of other supporters in our team, in particular I wanna thank neomon and DEG because you guys were active in chat and even if you joined late it was like you were actually part of our team, just chatting around and also helping us with building. I give a lot of credit to deg for the win in finals, even though lpz did the clicking and i did part of the building it was mostly your effort that overcame dreepy and the rhyps bw.

hourly reminder that i fucking won the tour lets fucking go. Every time I saw someone else win it was such an outsider perspective, and it felt like I could capture the whole thing like a picture. Being in the middle of it is like seeing it from my own cone of vision, I'm still turning around and seeing it from another perspective. I think the win itself was overshadowed by how fun the tour was and the fact that I won it with my very best friends. I'm still so happy. Ider when I got so close to some of these people. I feel quite similarly about my other straight boyfriend Waylaid. I kinda don't know what to say about you really, we've been really close to each other for a long time, ever since we played each other in our debut in PL3 lmfao. I remember when you said you would host me in cali if I wanted to come on vacation (I'm gonna hold you on that promise one day). You're kinda a hoe for having your worst record of all time the one time I bought you, but that don't matter, I always put my belief in you when I had the chance cause I know you have that dog in you. I think I felt really safe having you on the team since you won PL twice, you just resonated with that PL winning energy that I needed, on top of just being an idiot goofball that would release the tension just by existing. I want you to be one of those people that is always in my life, even if not always super close, you know? So stick around for as long as you can. Love ya.

As I'm writing this post I realize that I'm missing so many things. So many experiences that happened in the midst of the week, in vc, or just buried in the server where I will never remember to check. Maybe it's fine that way, maybe it's ok that this will live on as an ethereal experience in my head.

RADU my brother we have known each other for nearly half a decade now and it’s surreal to see you come full circle as a former morpeko and a close close friend.

I’ve made it no secret that I believe that the original thwackeys should’ve won with relative ease. We had the best prep minds as managers, we got incredibly lucky in auction, the competition was quite weak, and dez started positive (Holy shit were we lucky). In the end there was a breakdown in trust and too much bickering which ultimately led to our downfall. I’m far from faultless in this but cumulatively the experience was incredibly disappointing. What hurt most of all was to fall at the finish line twice with you after all of the work you had put in. I was mostly just a SS grinder and you put so much effort into our oldgens despite the constant complaints from myself and voldemort. To see that all amount to nothing still stings even after winning an official chip.

In the end though RADU, you got that win. Even more, you got that win as a manager. I’m so happy for you and very proud as your friend. You did what we couldn’t with the original thwackeys and brought a bunch of outside talent over the line. Congrats brother.

I certainly don't like losing, but it's been 4 years since my last trophy and I don't go into team tours with the expectation that I'll be ending with another. that being said, if we didn't win this tour I'm sure I'd be breaking my personal rule of "no shoutouts if you lose" and would be writing this anyway, I had an awesome time and all of the people who made it possible deserve a shoutout for their effort.

Irene oras isn't usually considered the tier with the highest barrier of entry, but people certainly don't perform as well as you did for their first time. you dominated, especially in the early weeks where you were undefeatable. your semis win kept our team alive, and pretty much every one of your games was extremely close, even against crushers. sorry I wasn't more help in oras, I wanted to save you from radu teams but frankly he was cooking winners. hope to see you play future tours/individuals

Miyoko I'm generally a noob who has to test his teams for hours before playing well with them, so I was initially pretty apprehensive of your "show up and win" strategy. to your credit though, most of the time you did indeed show up and win. you're a fire player with an obvious knack for the game and I'm glad the managers saw enough of that to pick you up. stay safe and congrats on the t20 win!

xdRudi.exe I won't lie, the first (and second, and third) times I saw your username I was a doubter bro. it was only after your first series (and win!) where we were all popping off in vc that I realized you were reverse catfishing with your tag, you're actually a sick and hilarious dude. I loved getting my ass beat by you in tests, or passing you garbage that you then turned around and beat mishlef with. you put up a really great record and were super important in a lot of the critical weeks, hoping we get to team again next time

LpZ we didn't chat one on one much, but you're quickly becoming one of my favorite players. it was so fire watching you win grand slam in vc with the team, especially after how excited you were after round 1 of playoffs when you beat soulwind. personally though, I liked it more every time you clutched up for the team. like you (hilariously) remarked during week 6, you hadn't gotten outpicked since like week 1. it was heartbreaking to see hax mess up your games throughout the tour, sometimes it felt like all of our bad luck was focused in on you but you still managed to pull through. you had so many banger logs, but my favorite was probably you being adamant that modest air balloon heatran lost to gardevoir after radu terrorized you with encore disable earlier that day. don't worry man, it only gets 4 moves. hoping to play with you again as soon as possible

Jamez I know we had like random beef in 2020 (definitely my fault) but you're definitely a cool guy, this was my first time getting to team with you and honestly I was a pretty big fan. You have an interesting, if laid back, take on building and playing for this metagame, and even though it didn't work out most of the weeks it was good to have you in the back as an option whenever I felt like I was struggling. It was cool to hang with you these past 10 weeks and I hope to be seeing more of you around

Mishlef I swear to god we're the two most annoying people on the entire internet, I think 90% of the time "well actually" personalities like us meet it ends in bad blood or conflict but we actually get along great. Sorry for continuously trolling you (like, every day) throughout the tour but you're a lighthearted person I love to joke around with. At this point I think we've teamed on a couple occasions but it's always been a good time. Radu actually pm'ed me during draft because he thought our beef was legit, which was a hilarious way of learning that I got to team with another one of my good friends this tour. I was an (extremely vocal) hater of your managing style 3 years ago, and I think this tour was just an amazing, whollistic perspective of your individual growth with how you led our team. this was a really hard tour for me, but every week you slotted me you hit me with some inspirational ass wisdom that made me wanna get back out there and show tf up (oftentimes I did not, but the point still stands). you stayed awake for almost every game, you prepped literally every slot, you gave picking advice and metagame wisdom and encouragement and tests and a place to fall back on to every single player. I really haven't seen a managing job like this before, I have no doubts that if you played you'd have destroyed the competition but I know with absolute certainty that our team's success was always on your back and shoulders. I've been playing for 3-4 years now at this point and PL being the tour I get the trophy in really means a lot. I've been lucky to always make playoffs every year I play PL but I kept getting out in semis until last year where we finally made it to finals. I enjoyed every team I was on for the most part and this year was no exception so I'm glad I get to finally get that PL ring, the next one is for US East!!! Blanched It feels like just yesterday you were a zoomer ladder kid and you had your iconic jfk pfp and you haxed me in some random seasonal (I will continue to claim that it mattered ;) ) yet I am so glad I got to team with you. You're incredible at the game and one of the best SV players even though I was totally expected you to play SS during the tour. I heard you did well in one LT and at first I was worried it was going to be a fluke but you were confident and knew the tier and innovated it (s/o to klefki). I had a great time talking with you and knowing there was someone who I was confident in winning was a great help for the team. I don't know if you remember the promise you made in zoomers if you would win PL but maybe we should hold you to it ;). I also can't get over the fact that Drip convinced you that you were going to Horrors LOL

Miyoko

Miyoko I didn't really know you that well before PL but you really got us through that early season. While we were still figuring out our lineup throughout the season you were holding down SV3 and getting some good wins. The end of the season was a bit harsher but by that point we were able to have the rest of the team get some wins and we wouldn't have been in that position if it wasn't for you. You and LRXC were a strong duo and I'm glad that I met you. GL and stay safe out there!

xdRudi.exe MY GOAT! I'm really glad to have met you and I'm super glad that you ended up playing ss5. I didn't know much about you before either but from day 1 you were invested in learning the tier that I love. You were super inquisitive as we went through the vr and kept on asking questions and I was thrilled to share my love for the tier with you. You got some good wins throughout the season and most importantly got that win in finals. My only regret was that I wasn't able to build more teams with and for you but I truly hope we get the chance to play together again. Waylaid Is the 3rd trophy 3 times better? I also just realized that means you have the most PL wins of any player, so congratulations to that amazing achievement. You were one of the first people I met in Zoomers and you have always been a fun person to talk to about mons stuff and also irl stuff. LpZ Super congrats on getting two trophies in like 2 weeks time, although we all know the more important of the two was the prestigious 1v1 PL VIII trophy ;). You really held down BW and seemed unstoppable and did a lot better than your record indicated and I feel like you played like you were X-0. You and Radu cooked so hard and I'm so glad you were able to do so well in BW. And last but not least, I got to agree with you entirely, you don't main BW or any 6v6 tier, you main pokemon!

Irene You started late into the season but you jumped right into ORAS full speed ahead and then just kept winning! You were also doing super well with Radu being able to quickly get a hold of some of what I consider the harder parts of 1v1 in terms of a clicker. However you were always asking for test games and I appreciate that level of commitment. Although you giving us that scare in semis or finals or whenever made me so nervous but I'm glad you ended up being able to play!

Jamez

Jamez My fellow US East comrade I am glad that we didn't have a team with 2 US West goons without being balanced by 2 US East members. Poking fun at Blanched and Waylaid aside you jumped around a lot and while this wasn't your year I'm still very happy that you were on the team. You also got that super impressive win vs Close so I know that if we ended up needing a sub you would have been ready to go into whatever tier at whatever tier and that's a super valuable asset to have. Now that I got a PL trophy with you this year it's time for us to finally complete your last trophy you're missing and getting this WC trophy! I'll see you in WC and let's get that long deserved trophy for US East!

Feaniix We didn't really end up talking too much but I do remember that when you were slotted you were super active and involved and if things ended up differently I could totally see you doing really well but regardless I hope you had fun at least (and got enough fish from Miso Bot). One Last Kiss You didn't get a chance to play so I can't really speak much on that but you had some really funny logs (no gigamax isn't allowed in 1v1 ;) ) but you also had one of the most important moments literally calling Irene and getting her online which saved me from what I was terrified was going to be an act call but even if Irene didn't show up, you being there to sub if necessary was good to know as well. It was nice meeting to you and at least you got a ring and CA out of it so there's that at least!

I always like talking with you about SS even though our views of the tier I don't think can be more different. Even if we were constantly arguing about different teams and sets and mons I still really valued you having you in the cord and even though I didn't always take your advice (s/o to the glastrier team) it's always great to build SS with you. I really hope we get a chance to team again in the future (and hope you get added to East) and genuinely, no Mishlef larp, congrats on getting an amazing record and breaking your spell, I always think you're a much better player than people give you credit for or that your records indicate so I'm glad that your hard work finally is shown in the data. glitched That discord jumping and whatever at the end of the season was super confusing but I'm glad that you chose to help me out at the end of the season. I think you're a great SS player and a great person and I always admire how much time and effort you put into every part of 1v1, from the play to the building to the resources and more. I'm sure we both have fond memories of panchams and I hope that we get another chance to play together but your help was really valuable nonetheless. LRXC Since like day 1 I think you were in the cord and while you mainly stuck to Miyoko's slot you were always coming up with wild and crazy ideas (but when have you ever not done this) and that power duo got some really impressive wins in that slot. You had more lines than like some of the players and we wouldn't have been in the position where we were if it wasn't for your help so thank you for all the help!

SuperMemeBroz Another day 1 supporter you mostly stuck to BW but when you were there you were a nice help. Sometimes you would post old teams and it was nice to know that we always had some teams to rely on if we ended up needing them. RADU For someone who kept asking others pre-draft if they had beef with me (s/o to Waylaid) I was sure that you didn't like so I'm glad that wasn't the case because you are one of the funniest and best people I have met on this site. You were one of the best managers I ever had and you worked so hard for that chip and I can genuinely say that I think that you deserve it the most. You were in every chat helping as much as you can building for an insane number of slots and even though you weren't playing it definitely felt like you were carrying the team on your back. There's so much I want to say and so many fun moments to think about that I think I'd need an entire separate post just for that. Although I think the entire team gaslighting you into thinking that we lost might be undefeated. I'm super thankful that you decided to draft me and I got a chance to play my favorite tier and you believing in me really gave me the confidence that I lacked at times. You were always down to help and I'm ever thankful for that and we went over series and talked about clicking and everything and theres just so much more I want to say. Coming into this PL was basically finding out that I had been on the left side of the Dunning-Kruger curve. I struggled quite a lot at first to come out with good suggestions / teams that didn't get 3-0d by popular mons, but thanks to my teammates I ended up coming out of PL a way, way better builder than I was, if not perfect. Not proud of an 0-2 record, definitely could have done better than that. But still, I'm happy with my growth and with the Rays making it to Semis. I mean hell, I was exstatic to have been bought at all.
