Slowking and Grimmsnarl cannot be used.
Cobalion, Marowak-Alola, Stakataka, and Volcanion can be used.

Due to the holidays and the tier shifts, this round will have a two week deadline.
The deadline for this round is January 2nd, 2021 at 11:59 PM GMT-5.

Re: December 23rd Diggersby Ban

Diggersby was banned from RU today, but since it was legal when the round started it will be legal for the circuit playoffs. The players are free to make "gentlemans' agreements" with each other if both agree they would prefer to play without it.

However, the official rule for this round is that Diggersby is allowed.

odr and rylon played game 1 of their series, during which rylon experienced internet issues and struggled to calc because of them. he requested postponing the rest of the games, and odr agreed, so they will be granted an extension until the end of the day tomorrow.

rylon, if your internet isn't working by then, i'd rather give extra time than make you play while unable to calc and so on; let me know tomorrow if you have any issues.

Game 1's result (win by odr) will count, since rylon agreed to play that match.

odr is up 1-0 in the series, and their remaining games will be played tomorrow (if there are no internet issues)

Finals will be played in the current RU metagame. This includes the following changes:
- Quagsire has risen from PU to UU
- Diggersby was banned from RU
- Incineroar and Magnezone have fallen from UU to RU

Because of the extension for last round and the new meta for finals, the final deadline will be
Sunday, January 17th at 11:59 PM GMT-5.
