After playing 1v1 competitively for nearly 4 years (holy moly), I finally won the Circuit Championships. Huge shoutout to all the people that I became friends with along the way. I think I have developed a very strong understanding of the meta, and I will drop a personal VR with explanations, probably next weekend.
If you haven't already noticed, I'm not around in the discord or in the room as much, and I may not try to defend my title next year. We'll see how things are when PL rolls around. I do really enjoy building and playing, but its a stressful and time-consuming endeavor to play at a high level and I think its time for a break.
