Welcome to the first 2v2 Ghosting Trios tournament! Each week a teams put forward a player to face another team in a Bo5 Single Elimination bracket. Teammates are allowed to ghost each other's sets, and are encouraged to post logs along with their wins.

General Guidelines:
  • General tournament rules and regulations can be found here.
  • The banlist for this tournament is the same as the 2v2 Doubles ladder of the Smogon University server of Pokemon Showdown and can be found here.
  • Best of five, single elimination.
  • If metagame changes occur during the middle of a round, they will take effect in the subsequent round.
  • Battles must take place on Pokemon Showdown!.
  • Sw/Sh cartridge win conditions are in place; there are no ties.
  • Replays are required to encourage metagame development. Ghosting logs, although not mandatory, are encouraged to be posted along with replays.

so ive been a bit of a goofy as well as a silly goose here. When I recorded the whole hour and ten min of the tour I only recorded my own voice and I doubt anyone is just wanting to hear me, so that recording is useless. I have fixed the problem for next week where my OBS now recordes my discord as well. In case you really wanna see some more about what happened in these games I am willing to just comentate over them and telling what we all thought. One thing I gotta say tho is that Despacito carried the last (and most important) game for sure he made about 80% of the plays that game so I gotta give that to him.

TLDR: I was a bit of a goofy for making a mistake with OBS and Depsacito carried the last game.

With our backs against the walls, we were ready to give up. But then we looked above, and there he was... purple frog. Our hearts were filled with hope. We gained the courage and knowledge to fight back. And yes we did! In the name of purple frog, we fought like we never had fought before and brought glory to his name amen.
