This thread will be used for any administrative decisions with regards to 2v2 Pool League I. Please do not post in this thread, as it will be used to announce those aforementioned things and should not be used for conversing.

As you know, 2v2 Pool League is a pool based tournament. More details on how pools will work:
  • The teams that are in this tournament will be split into two pools of three teams.
  • Each player will face two opponents in this round, based on their slotted spot. Who you face is largely determined by what generation you are slotted into, for the oldgens, and the 4 slots of Scarlet and Violet will be chosen at random.
  • The top 2 teams from each pool will move onto the next round. They will be seeded by the number of wins. In that, it becomes more akin to the typical semifinals and finals you may be familiar with if you have ever played in a team tournament. The winners of #1 v #4 and #2 vs #3 face each other in the finals to decide a winner.
  • You may substitute when needed, but you are limited to 4 substitutions within the pools phase.
  • The deadline for submitting your lineup is at 11:59 GMT-5 today.

Recent bans have removed many players and some Managers from this tour. The plan is that managers that were banned will have their management position replaced by players that are currently on the team, then replacement players for the banned will be selected in a random order from the undrafted pool.

The Scovillainous Scoundrels have added lancert as comanager.
The Girlboss Garganacls have added Nick as comanager.

Replacement players will be picked in this random order (In the manager channel in the 2v2 discord):
