#dreamworld Tournament

Introduction
Hey guys, we'll be hosting a new tournament, advocating the #dreamworld IRC channel. The idea of this tournament was thought out by Aldaron. The main idea of this tournament is to encourage fairness, where the problem of scouting and counter-teaming are suppressed, and at the same time, encourage users to take part of our community Pokemon IRC channel. The idea of this tournament is very straightforward, there will be a compilation of 20 standard BW OU teams; all submitted by #dreamworld channel users. All the teams will be good, meaning we will exclude any team that we find uncompetitive or just doesn't meet the standards of a decent, well-to-do team.
Before Round 1 of the tournament begins, a Pre-Round will be held. The pre-round is the round where we will be compiling up the list of 20 teams. The teams we choose will be chosen from users of the #dreamworld channel. If you wish to submit one of your teams, you must be there during the Pre-Round. We will be discussing all viable teams that should and will be added to the list. So you must also take part of the discussions on #dreamworld channel if you wish to take part in this tournament. You will be given credit for submitting teams, if your team is good enough to make it to the list.
Once we have compiled a list of the 20 teams, every round, you will be provided with two teams randomly chosen from the pool of 20 teams. The two teams provided to you will be publicly displayed on the OP of the thread. You must decide which team to you wish to use against your opponent (who also knows your two given teams). Obviously you would have to decide on which the best one for you to use. So you must also take part of the discussions on the #dreamworld channel, to decide which team is best for you to use.
Getting involved with the discussions in #dreamworld is very crucial for this tournament. So it is highly recommended that you do take part in our IRC channel. We will also be keeping track of your activity on the channel, meaning if you're never on, there's a chance that your opponent will get the activity win over you. If you're not sure how to get on the channel, check this thread: here. It will give you all the information you need to get on the channel.

Please recheck matchups; I edited them so you neither get the same team to choose from (so no one should have 16 and 16 or 15 and 15) and so you and you opponent won't have the same teams.
This means a lot of teams were switched around, so again, please double check.
Also please post the log of the match in the post you say "I won" or "I lost" and include the number of the team you picked. This will help us substantially when we are tallying up scores.
Also, please recognize that one of this tournament's points is testing your ability to recognize quality match ups. Note how the op says we will consider viability (meaning it isn't guaranteed) and that that only applies for 20 teams...there are 24 teams out there. To cut a long story short: if you get one choice that is questionable, choose the other, obviously. This tournament is testing your capacity to see quality and then use it.
