As the tiebreaker deadline has passed, and the game doesn't appear to have been completed I am going to call it. As the only public signs of contact is naruto(sage)'s post here and reyscarface's VM I don't believe either player has demonstrated enough activity over the other to grant an activity win for either side. The game will instead be flipped.
