To see the exact sheet used to determine seedings, see this sheet here. The obvious first indicator of seed was record, whether you were 4-0 or 3-1. All 3-1s qualified, so there was no exclusion by other seeding methods. The next method was to determine the strength of your opponents based on the total record of all 4 opponents at the end of the tour. This still had a lot of ties, so to break THAT tie, there was a "number of opponents who qualified". Past this tiebreaker, its a coinflip. The resulting coinflips can be seen below.
The only coin flip that really matters unfortunately is the one between Mr.Soup and outbackrabbit, meaning Mr.Soup gets the bye. I'm sorry it came to a flip.
