Welcome to RandPoke Tiers Godly Gift!
Tournament Rules:
- General tournament rules and regulations.
- The follower banlist for this tournament is the same as the Godly Gift ladder of the Smogon University server of Pokemon Showdown.
- Best of one, double elimination.
- If metagame changes occur during the middle of a round, they will take effect in the subsequent round.
- Arceus, Calyrex-Shadow, Eternatus, Koraidon, Miraidon, and Zacian-Crowned cannot be chosen as Gods, independent of other tiering factors.
- Battles must take place on Pokemon Showdown! or SmogTours, with the latter being recommended or sometimes required if official tiering action takes place.
- SV cartridge win conditions are in place; there are no ties.
- Replays are required.
Tournament-Specific Mechanics:
- Each player will be given a Pokemon from certain tiers, with BL counting as the tier above, to then be filled out by the remaining tier(s).
- Pokemon from a lower tier than what is listed may be used in place of a higher tier Pokemon if the round permits it.
- Picks will be determined for each pair by the hosts.
- A single re-roll may be given per round for one Pokemon, and must be requested in the first 48 hours of the round's posting to count.
- Bringing a team that is illegal will result in an automatic forfeit loss, whereas both players bringing illegal teams will result in a forced replay with legal teams.
The given round lets players pick the OU and Uber Pokemon, and Player One fights Player Two. The given Pokemon are as follows:
Player One decides that Heracross, their RU slot, is an undesirable Pokemon here and chooses to reroll it. Player Two is content with their Pokemon, and decides to not change them at all. Player One's UU slot becomes the following Pokemon:
While Blissey is banned as a follower, there is an exception if it is given via !randpoke, and so can be used.
Finally, the players prepare their teams to deal with the Pokemon they already can see. Player One adds Mewtwo as the God and Great Tusk as the OU Pokemon, while Player Two chooses Giratina as their God and Corviknight as their OU pick. The following teams in any Pokemon order are legal, but no other changes are allowed outside of the OU and Uber slots:
