  • Follow all rules listed here.​
  • Schedule via Smogon VMs. It's easier for me to make decisions for activity calls when I can actually see what went down with scheduling.​
  • If you are unable to schedule with your opponent, please let your managers know ASAP so they can communicate that to me or the other team's managers for a potential substitute.​
  • Substitutions may be made after a week has started. When making a substitution, please tag myself, the managers of the opposing team, and all of the players affected by the substitute to ensure that everyone is made aware. Players who have already played in the week or were subbed out in the same week cannot be subbed back in.​
  • If a match remains incomplete by the time of the deadline, it will be subject to an activity call.​
  • Replays are mandatory. Not only are they useful for confirming wins, they contribute to usage stats and allow the people who couldn't watch the games live to watch them later.​
  • Managers: Please send me your lineups in the same format that I used to post pairings. It makes it much easier to post future rounds more quickly.​

DPP OU: Eden vs Twash (45:55) - Twash brings a new team or reuse, or whatever, and it doesn't help you when you're gonna do your prep bc Twash is that guy. But if Eden gets the prep right or pulls something that hinders Twash's momentum(*cough* Zapdos slop *cough*), then Eden cleans it up in-game.
DPP OU: London Beats vs DugZa (45:55) - I have never seen Dugza play DPP OU in my entire life, nor have I seen any DPP OU gameplay from London Beats. But if I had to pick someone, I'd give DugZa bc that's my ADVPL oomf, and the fact every time I see a tier DugZa is always there like how many tournaments this guy is in at. You gotta chill with these tours damn.
DPP OU Bo3: PDC vs Triangles (60:40) - Triangles is good, but when I saw those ladder games on Machamp suspect it got me :worrywhirl: through the stream. Mind you though, Low Ladder was just a cesspool as I saw some of my friends getting cooked by para cheese lmfaoo. I think PDC is always solid whenever he comes in DPP, so I expect a clean-up here.


DPP OU: Larry vs Lazuli (40:60) - Both of them are similar level in terms of skill level as someone who has faced them. But Lazuli has easily there upper hand when it comes to teams since Lazuli builds on their own, while Larry mainly takes teams from others(lmk if I'm wrong) This game comes down on who gets the matchup, and Lazuli builds are vastly different from others that a well-prepped team will clean w/e Larry is pulling out. Highlight MU btw
DPP OU: Violet River vs Sheik (48:52) - Either Violet gets the sequences as they want, or Sheik is not going to let you play the game if the opportunity arises. Violet River gave me a good showcase whenever I fought against them on the ladder, and I see them improving every time I get to face them. But I'm not sure if that's enough against Sheik who has more experience in the tier by far. Sheik is also brutal when it comes to him in DPP OU. Imma say it right here, Sheik gotta be one of the most miserable players to face I've seen in a high/top level DPP player. He pulls out teams that make it more encouraging to stay in than making double-switch reads, and he is one of those guys who has no shame in pulling Sub Gyarados/Rachi into para-finching. He will not let you play the game and will take advantage of these positions if he gets it. Well... it's either that, or he cleans up the game as long he's not forced to be in a position to make hard reads. Either way, I'm more confident about Sheik winning but I'd not be surprised if Violet takes it here if they're precise on punishing Sheik's wincons.
DPP OU Bo3: Pkel SweeTforU vs SFG (55:45)- All in, none of that "Excal" slow-paced gameplay, no Clef allowed or else you're a pussy type of vibes because this is gonna be Offense vs Offense all the way. PKel vs SFG is a player matchup I haven't seen before, but this is great for any offense players to watch because it's gonna be so gas. And since both of them were in Indie Scooters, they know each other's builds and certainly building habits as well. I'm more confident about Pkel because his unpredictability gives me a strong upper hand, but I'm SPL 16'th Undefeated SFG may snatch this bo3. Either way, it's an easy highlight of the week and I will be watching this. Please make this time public in one way or another ;v;


DPP OU: TyCarter vs Watashi (48:52) - Tycarter is obviously more touched in the current meta, but I have a feeling Watashi may be taking this one since I feel like their fundamentals and pivoting are all they need to win. Of course, TyCarter has a clear advantage on building aspects and current trends, but Watashi only needs a good team and to be the better player in-game which is more likely for them to be IMO. Otherwise, it can get pretty close, though the endgame may be a clear winner out there tbh.
DPP OU: Don Eduardo vs Tizio Potente Ao (49:51) - I'm gonna be real, idk too much of them. Maybe Tizio if he played ladder games, but I don't know his alt so honestly don't have much to say about it. I'm just giving him Tizio because he has a funny name, but I can see Kenix taking this one by outplaying Tizio. Kenix made some sick plays at SPL Finals and I'd imagine he would make soul reads on Tizio somehow or what lol. Either way, have fun both yall :)
DPP OU Bo3: Christos vs Void (n/a) - Going against the odds since I know everyone is going for Void, I'm betting for Christos bc my Greek goat doesn't deserve this disrespect... Also, this is a fire matchup I loved watching in SPL, but now in bo3??? Dude this is going a sick way to rematch this again, just please do not deadgame this, or else you're making your fans sad ;___; Highlight af btw


DPP OU: BIG WILL vs Rubyblood (55:45) - I think I've seen both, playing vs Will on the ladder and maybe fought/watched Rudyblood before but I don't remember. Either way, I don't have enough data to truly judge it so I'm giving Big Will the game considering he gave me a challenge when I faced him on the ladder. It can go to Rudyblood considering he's a calculated type of player, which can help very well against Will.
DPP OU: 199 Lives vs Aubury (65:35) - 199 Lives aka hotmumma vs Aubury aka INVIL is a personal highlight since I've met these two on the ladder in past years way too much. You know I'm gonna be there to watch my ladder buds. Now if I have to predict who's winning, 199 Lives careful, long-term playstyle is effective against Aubury's in-your-face/flowchart-heavy playstyle which makes it an easy pick for me. It's not like Aubury is losing rightfully here, but if he does not stop 199 from outlasting him I don't have much hope to see him win here. Either Aubury takes it barely, or it's a one-sided win to 199 Lives. If you two somehow bring Roserade in the same game, kinda goated but please don't lmao.
DPP OU Bo3: Pideous vs Mishimono (60:40) - Pideous's teams be spamming like Zapdos, Breloom, Heatran, and Starmie slops, but she still on the top. Now seriously since it's a bo3, Pideous is like the best player when it comes to bo3, and not sure how Mishimono will prep vs her. Well besides the obvious 90% probability of Zapmie or Clef + Rachi, she can be creative when it comes to Offense and it helps that she's one of the best pivoters in this tier. Mishimono can 2-0 Pideous of course, but it's gonna be hard to bold against Pideous IMO. I only see Void beating her out of anyone here IMO.


DPP LC: Elfuseon vs Quinn - Quinn feels like the better candidate, but I'm cheering Elfuseon to win here ngl...
DPP LC: Hacker vs PigWarrior19 - Hacker is more likely to win, but I trust my guts on PigwWarrior making an upset...
DPP LC: Reggg vs Fantos13 - That's my oomfs playing against each other so early D: Reggg's gonna be more likely to win due to his sheer motivation and meta pushing on this tier so giving to him. Best wishes to both of you two through <3
DPP LC: Mayopockets vs Tazz - Maypockets is the underdog, but I gotta give it to my man Tazz.

DPP Ubers + Farceus: Evuelf vs rookierobbie - same deal, evu is likely better but robbie is the goat and could very easily take this. exciting games from these teams.

DPP Ubers: Plague vs Exiline - i’m more familiar with exi and he has great support, esp bc yanmas have highlord
DPP Ubers + Farceus: Ainzcrad vs Lasen - leaning towards ainz here but lasen’s support is nice asf which could make a huge difference. another one i’m looking forward to.
 
Week 1 OU predictions because why not

DPP OU: eden vs twash - eden will spend 6/7 of the days this week talking about how he's gonna use some niche bad mon before switching to FWG ZapMie on Sunday
DPP OU: London Beats vs DugZa - I don't really know much about either of these people in DPP, so I'll pick who I think has better support I guess
DPP OU Bo3: PDC vs Triangles - PDC is a pretty underrated DPP player, Triangles plays it here and there and hes not bad either, should be fun to watch these boomers battle it out

DPP OU: Larry vs Lazuli - Lazuli is quite good, I don't know anything about Larry in DPP
DPP OU: violet river vs Sheik - I've seen river training in this tier a decent bit and I usually see her do pretty well, Sheik is also good so pretty close one
DPP OU Bo3: Pkel SweeTforU vs SFG - Former SPL teammates turned to enemies... so sad

DPP OU: TyCarter vs watashi - Both solid DPP players, TyCarter probably cares more
DPP OU: Don Eduardo vs Tizio Potente Ao - Interested to see if Tizio will continue the trend of old DPP player coming back and having success like twash, Lady Bug and BKC have done recently
DPP OU Bo3: Christos vs Void - Hard to pick against Void right? Christos is good and I could see him getting a matchup advantage but Void is more consistent in-game I think, but this ones close and I'm sure Christos will want revenge for the 0-2 vs Void in SPL

DPP OU: BIG WILL vs Rubyblood - Will is pretty good DPP player, I can't really remember seeing Rubyblood play DPP so not sure what to expect
DPP OU: 199 Lives vs aubury - 199 Lives has a 2009 join date??? Maybe a similar situation to Tizio. I know aubury plays a lot and I'm excited to see his growth so I'll predict him to win here, could go either way though
DPP OU Bo3: Pideous vs Mishimono - Both SPL players, I just think Pideous is one of the best DPP players over the last few years and I like her no-nonsense style, Mishi is super solid also so should be a fun one
