4th Gen OU: Team Blizzard

Okay, I posted a hail stall team a couple of weeks ago but it's gone through some substantial changes and I think gotten a lot better. However I'm still noticing some weak spots so I'm looking for a bit of help (again), any comments are greatly appreciated.

Team Blizzard:

460Abomasnow.png

Frosty - Abomasnow@Leftovers
Ability: Snow Warning
EVs: 4 Atk, 252 Spe, 252 SpA
Nature: Timid
Blizzard
Substitute
Leech Seed
Focus Punch

SubSeed/SubPunch Abomasnow for my lead. I generally try to get a sub up and then either leech seed or start attacking. I've previously played around with Choice Scarf and Choice Specs but found that he's just not a good enough attacker so I'm sticking with the bread-and-butter set.

365Walrein.png

Stallrein - Walrein@Leftovers
Ability: Ice Body
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Def, 4 SpA
Nature: Bold
Blizzard
Substitute
Toxic
Protect

Stallrein, a beast in the hail. Sub-protect can put 200% damage on the other team if it gets running. Blizzard is for damage and toxic is for better stall. Previously I've had surf for more coverage but problems with rapid spinners getting toxic spikes out of the way have led me to put toxic on to make sure and I haven't really noticed the loss of surf.

031Nidoqueen.png

Queen Nido - Nidoqueen@Leftovers
Ability: Poison Point
EVs: 252 HP, 4 Atk, 252 Def
Nature: Relaxed
Toxic Spikes
SR
EQ
Fire Blast

This guy has been an absolute beast for me. Totally walls Heatran and various fighting types, deals with most Tyranitars and sets up. I generally switch in after Abomasnow goes down if it's a poke I can counter and set up SR, Toxic Spikes, Toxic Spikes. However I've occasionally hit trouble getting it all down, I'm thinking about a speed investment in EVs in order to get all of that out before he gets hurt, suggestions here would be welcome.

130Gyarados.png

Nessie - Gyarados@Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 156 HP, 72 Atk, 96 Def, 184 Spe
Nature: Adamant
Dragon Dance
Taunt
Waterfall
Bounce

Bulky Gyarados. EV spread is ripped straight off of Smogon so any suggestions are welcome here. I find lots of opportunities to set up Gyarados with this team, he's great for getting rid of annoying pokes like Heatran, Lucario and even Tyranitar. Taunt allows me to set up on Blissey and I chose bounce because I HATE Breloom.

Frost%20Rotom.png

Freezer - Rotom-f@Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP, 120 Def, 136 SpD
Nature: Bold
Rest
Sleep Talk
Thunderbolt
Blizzard

He serves several functions, most importantly though is he's a spin-blocker because toxic spikes is so crucial for me. Also a good status absorber and Breloom counter (as I mentioned above I absolutely despise Breloom). He's a relatively new addition who's been pretty useful so far.

091Cloyster.png

Shell Bomb - Cloyster@Leftovers
Ability: Shell Armor
EVs: 252 HP, 4 Def, 252 SpD
Nature: Bold
Toxic Spikes
Spikes
Rapid Spin
Explosion

And here's my spinner. He also has toxic spikes because they're so useful, as well as spikes for extra damage. Rapid spin to get annoying stealth rocks out of the way, as they really hurt an ice team. Explosion to make a dent as he goes out. I'm open to changing his moveset, my ideas have been taking out spikes for an attack but I'm not sure what, maybe ice shard? Suggestions here would be nice.

Most notable threats:
Breloom - I feel like this is more because I just don't know what to do as opposed to a failure of the team. This is one of the main reasons Rotom-f made the cut.
Scizor - He's just really annoying. Often Nidoqueen with Fire Blast is out or injured by the time scizor gets running. However, the addition of Gyarados and Rotom has been helping me here.
Machamp - Payback hurts Rotom and stone edge hurts Gyarados, I think that Rotom can generally survive one payback and 2HKO with Thunderbolt but it really hrts for his later duties.
I'll add any more as they are mentioned or I run into more problems.

Toxic Spikes on two Pokémon is a waste. Give Cloyster Ice Shard instead of Toxic Spikes, as your team lacks any kind of priority. Also, why Bold for Cloyster's nature? That cuts its attack, while your two attacking moves (if you choose Ice Shard) are physical attacks. Change it to Impish.

I feel that Choice Scarf Jirachi could easily replace Gyarados, as it gives your team some excellent resistances such as Dragon as you currently are just asking for a Dragon Dance Dragonite to rip your team with Outrage. Plus, every Pokémon you mentioned Gyarados takes care of can be handled by Jirachi, with the exception of Heatran. However, you have Walrein for Heatran. A set like...

385.png
Bag_Choice_Scarf_Sprite.png

EVs: 152 HP / 252 Atk / 104 Spe
Nature: Jolly
Iron Head / Fire Punch / Ice Punch / Thunderpunch

The Speed EVs are for out-speeding +1 Jolly Gyarados so you can OHKO him with Thunderpunch, as he gives you quite a bit of trouble since Tyranitar is constantly paired with Gyarados and Rotom will usually be dead by the time Gyarados attempts a sweep. Considering that Jirachi is your only Steel type, and thus you will be relying on him frequently for resistances, I didn't max the Speed EVs to tie with CS Flygon, and invested the rest in HP. Max Attack is obvious. Ice Punch for Dragons and Fire Punch for Lucario and Breloom who give your team significant trouble.

yeah, the nature was a mistake, thanks for catching that. I've made the Ice Shard change, I guess I'll just focus on setting up TS with Nido instead of SR, i think that's more important anyway. I'll test the Jirachi, thanks for the idea.

Nice team

Thanks for the rate. The set you have looks good but I don't think it's right for the way I'm trying to use him though, I need a status absorber especially for breloom, although I'll definitely try it out. Thanks like I said.
