6th Gen OU Rate/Fix my team pleasee :3

Recently just come back to pokemon Battling, i understand the meta game has changed and apparently this gen is supposedly meant to be easier then the last. but with the introduction to mega's im struggling to make a team which doesn't get wrecked -

often Without further or do, here is what i got at the moment, feel free to experiment it and find faults so i know how to improve it, many thanks

Pyroar
Nature : Timid
Ability :
Rivalry
Normal/Fire type
Item @ LifeOrb
Evs : 252spA /252Speed and 4 in hp
Moves:
Flamethrower
Taunt
Hidden Power electric
Dark Pulse.
I picked this guy because i haven't seen anyone really run him, i find him effective when i need a quick revenge kill, i sometimes lead with him but he is usually outsped and cannot Taunt fast enough, this is a re-occurring thing now, Pyroar also has great synergy with Ferrorthron as they cover each others weaknesses. I dont really want to remove this guy from my team as, he's not commonly used and i think he stands out and brings a new dynamic to my team with his dual Fire/Normal typing.

Standard Ferrorthron
Nature : Relaxed
Ability : IronBarbs
Item@ RockyHelmet but usually Leftovers
Evs : 252 hp and 252 defense
Ivs : 31/31/31/31/0
Moves:
Leech seed
Gyro Ball
Protect
Stealth rock
This is my defensive core, i usually use him to soak up hits, he has won the battle quite a few times for me and i can't really say i've gone wrong with him as a defensive core. i've also tried skarmory which was also effective but i found that leech seed stalling to be more stalling. like i said earlier, Ferror represents good synergy with not only Pyroar but also with the other members of my team.

Clefable
Nature : Calm
ABility @ Magic guard
Item : Leftovers
Evs : 252 hp/252 special Defense
Moves: Softboiled, thunderwave, flamethrower and Heal bell.
i found that this gen clafable is more effective in support and in fact it usually saves my sweepers a hell lot of the time, i use to run Soft/protect/moonblast or something and heal bell. it also soaks up status and refreshes the team from it with heal bell. i assumed that flamethrower would be more beneficial as it can kill steel types but clefable struggles to do even over 50%, shes my spD core and she works Okayish with ferorthron/i think she may need to be changed or improved but i dont know what to do.

Charizard - x
Nature : Jolly
Evs : 252 Attack/ 252 speed/ 4 hp
items@ his mega stone
Moves: sword dance, roost, fire punch and dragon claw.

I think this guy is amazing. whenever he comes in, i never really fail to set up at least 1 sword dance and proceed to 1hitko things from STR damage, I just find that when he is Out sped or hit, he either dies or becomes less effective. I found all other mega's sucky compared to this guy but if you think that another one would benefit this team better then feel free to mention so.

Rotom - W
Nature : Modest
Evs: 252 hp/ 152 spA/ 72 spD/ 32 speed
Item @ LifeOrb
Moves: Hydro pump, volt switch, thunder bolt and Pain split

I picked those evs so rotom can still hit immensely high with life orb but still be rather bulky. the 32 speed lets me Out run a few threats like gliscor which threatens my team. I think the biggest problem with rotom is that sometimes it just fails. I tried to run Gredninja and had the same problem, it has Okayish synergy as well with Pyroar as they cover each others weaknesses but if there's any changes please suggest and tell me so!

And finally
upload_2014-1-27_23-46-26.png

Latios
Nature : Timid
Item @ choice specs
Evs : 252 spA 252 speed
Moves: surf, dragon pulse, psychock and trick
I still find this guy really really effective when he doesnt die too quick. i usually use him for late game sweeps as that was an effective role it played in gen5 but sometimes it doesnt do too well and i feel as if although it adds another dynamic to my team it can be kinda unneeded in terms of support. I tried to run latian with a spD build but she just didnt hit high and quick enough so any suggestions once again please tell me.

SO there you have it, my teams. please rate it and help me improve it, all help will be much appreciated.

Give Pyroar something other than Rivalry, it's not a good ability because the chance to have attacks nerfed over something as a gender, perhaps Unerve might be a better idea because 1. you might be able to stop Rotom-W RestoChesto sets and 2. It's much better than Moxie, considering you're a Special Attacker.

If you are going to use Pyroar you should change the ability to Unnerve and mentioned above and you should run duel STABs. Hyper Voice is a "sound" move so it will hit and do damage through Substitute. Then you should change the Hidden Power to Ground to wreak Heatran, who would otherwise wall the set. A x2 super effective hidden power in 6th gen is only 120 bp, where a STAB Hyper Voice is 135 bp. In other words, it will hit water types harder than HP electric.

Also: While LO Rotom sounds like a cool idea..Rotom's not really a attacker - it's more so support backup. I suggest, as common as it is, run something like a Resto Chesto set or maybe a Choice Specs Trick set.

And yeah, if you want a good revenge killer, Scarfchomp is a good set. Something like Jolly/Adamant (if you feel risky, plus Scarf outspeeds alot of stuff anyway) 252atk/252speed + Scarf should do good. Give it Stone Edge, Dragon Claw, EQ, Fire Fang, like above. It's a good set.

There's alot this team can have improved, but don't be discouraged. We all build shitty teams, so don't worry. It's a start, hey.

And yeah, Dragon Dance > SD on Charizard X. While more attack sounds like a good idea Charizard isn't the fastest thing, and speed is a good priority.

But yeah, if you're gonna run Pyroar, either give it Unerve or replace it with a better revenge killer. It IS OU, so maybe Scarfchomp's a better choice. If not, I'd reccomend Choice Scarf Victini if you want to do some fast damage.
Victini @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Victory Star
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature
- V-create
- U-turn
- Bolt Strike
- Zen Headbutt
