NOC 9p Matrix 6 Game Thread [GAME OVER]

Anyways, for those wanting to understand where I'm coming from.

My usual D1 strategy is to react and push a bunch of people to create reactions. I try to open up people and stuff so that when we go back in a day or two and people have flipped, we can better understand them, with the information we have in hindsight.

There are downsides, for one it's hard for me to townclear myself D1 (which is fine with me, makes me less of a nk target and helps me balance my scum games).

I get that - for me i guess it's just a matter of like... small pl, two predictably afk slots, and a newer player who is talking a lot without really saying much at all. we've all said it at least once at this point, but there's really not been much at all to go off this game, and imo i think that makes it that much more urgent that we generate as much as we can early on.

I'm pushing back because I'm not a fan of getting misvoted on D1 and the best defensive posture I have right now is to question your validity.


But also I think whatever pairs you posted me/tbz and cb/whydon were objectively garbage.

Its either that or you scum him town. You and dusk's interactions have been him sussing w some weak reasoning (although I think he's building a townpool and then poeing scum if he's town) and then you getting mad and countering. The post I referenced just now feels like an appeal to emotion to defuse dusk and then your case.

Overall, dusk on you has felt weak and your defense feels scummy - equating to my belief in faked interactions

Yeah I understand that. Give me some time tomorrow to re-read and then I'll answer that. Most recently Schia has pinged me as town, I really like their latest post and I feel like I mind meld with it. As for others hmm


1. Thunder~BALLZ: My recollection is that the only thing they've done D1 is push me which is w/e. NAI slot
2. Whydon: AFK NAI slot
3. OM: I'd lean scum atm, not a fan of them saying Tommy and I's interaction feels fake here.
4. Duskfall98: I'm fine leaving alive because he generates content and will probably be really easy to read by late D2/D3.
5. CaffeineBoost: I actually can't think of anything they've done to stand out
6. Panic Station: I was hoping to get a reaction from them by pushing them early on. Their reaction was very beige which is eh, NAI to me atp. Though I still think my gut read early on would make me want to color this slot red.

Two things:
  • Is it that you disagree w/ the argument in 3, or is it that you think there's an issue with the way it was presented?
  • Do you have any other issues with OM? If so, could you expand a bit? and if not, do you think 4 applies to Dusk but not OM?
 
Ok we agree schia and M24 are town, I think ps is in his town sphere rn and I'm is which leaves the remaining 4 which I gave earlier

If my town reads are correct then that means there is always exactly scum in former tbz or else the team is exactly whydon caffeine
