I have weakness to heracross, Infernape, and miltotic. What do you recommend?

Alright, let's see:

First, make Salamence of the Bulkymence variety as it really patches up your Infernape Heracross issues:

Salamence@Leftovers
Impish/Bold
evs: 252 HP / 220 Def / 36 Spe
-Toxic
-Roost
-Draco Meteor / Dragon Claw
-Flamethrower
I think that's it but you might want to double check. This set is great at taking out threats like Heracross and Infernape so it is probably your best bet from a dragon to take them out. Just watch out for HP Ice Infernape. There is another similar set with Dragon Dance which could also fit this team quite well in providing more offense.

Definitely make Bronzong your lead. It allows you to possibly put something to sleep early on or setup stealth rocks.

Yache Berry Garchomp is extremely effective at what it does and is generally more effective than a Lum Berry since you won't have to worry about paralysis and nothing burns a Garchomp unless they have no other options.

Aside from Toxic Spikes, Foretress doesn't really do much more than your
Bronzong so I would definitely consider a Skarmory for more of a defense against Heracross. It still spreads spikes but it also gives you a more reliable recovery in Roost and has Whirlwind.

Overall, I don't really see the point in having a Dragon/Steel team when you are still going to be using Blissey. That really defeats the purpose of a themed team so I would either consider dropping the theme or replacing Blissey. A bulky water would do your team much better in taking the inevitable Ice/Fire attacks aimed at your team. Empoleon comes to mind as a good substitute although you may end up with some issues against Magnezone.

That is all I really see on the first look but I'll edit this if I see anything else.

anyways, your dragon/steel team has a blissey, so it's not really a dragon/steel team, it's a team that utilizes both dragons, which has beend one before. I'm not sure how much lum berry will help you with garchomp. yache berry would help you more, as it is better to dodge death than to dodge status. anyways, as the above poster said, I'd drop the theme or replace blissey. this looks like the miserable attempt to make a theme team, but the attempt failed. I'd either drop it or go through with it. Anyways, you have problems if pokemon set up on you, like ddmence, gyarados, ddttar, sd ape, etc.

3. Have some actual words in your post beyond your six Pokemon and their moves. Not following this makes your post quite boring to read and rate. All Pokemon should have a good reason for being in your team anyway, so why not post that reason? If you're having trouble with this one, start by give an explanation for each team member. Why are they there? What role do they serve? How do you get them in? Then, give an explanation of how you would open with the team and how you would go about using it. All of these things help people rate your team and allow us to offer more helpful advice.

This does not mean add one sentence saying "Standard x" or "all-around awesome" after each Pokemon. If you put thought into making the team, you can put thought into posting it.
