Overview:
Breakdown:
Deoxys-A @ Focus Sash
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty/Naive Nature (+Spe, -Def/SpD)
- Ice Beam
- Shadow Ball
- Stealth Rock
- Superpower
Deoxys is my lead. Lay down Stealth Rock and survive with Focus Sash, then attempt to sweep with its superior speed.
Gengar @ Focus Sash
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature (+Spe, -Atk)
- Focus Blast
- Icy Wind
- Shadow Ball
- Thunder
Gengar is a revenge killer, plain and simple. He's here to take out Rayquaza (Icy Wind will OHKO it 100% of the time Stealth Rock is down) and Tyranitar (Focus Blast) specifically, but he's also a good match against Chansey/Blissey (Focus Blast), as well as a multitude of others.
Latias @ Leftovers / Soul Dew
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spe or 112 HP / 204 SpA / 192 Spe
Timid Nature (+Spe, -Atk)
- Dragon Pulse
- Protect
- Roar / Thunder / Calm Mind
- Wish
Latias is my squad's support. I don't have Chansey or Blissey, so it's useful to have her able to use Wish on my team. If Soul Dew makes its way into BW, then I'd be happy to put Thunder or Calm Mind on her (which though, I am uncertain); in the meantime though, she shall be utilising Roar.
Kyogre @ Choice Specs
Ability: Drizzle
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 Spe
Modest Nature (+SpA, -Atk)
- Hydro Pump
- Ice Beam
- Thunder
- Water Spout
'Nuff said.
Dialga @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature (+Spe, -Atk)
- Draco Meteor
- Dragon Pulse
- Fire Blast
- Thunder
Dialga's part revenge killer, part special sweeper. He does both roles very well, and is a great support for Deoxys.
Garchomp @ Choice Band
Ability: Sand Veil
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant/Jolly Nature (+Atk/+Spe, -SpA)
- Dragon Claw
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Outrage
Not wanting to only have one non-legendary on my team, Garchomp rounds up the bunch. Acting as my team's physical sweeper, he'll be able to get through at least one opponent.
