A problem with showdown

It will not let me log into my account. I put my name in and nothing happens, the "Put in your password box doesn't show up" I've tried clearing my cookies my cache, and i'm using the online browser for pokemon showdown. Please help it'll be greatly appreciated.

Nevermind I figured out the problem its the browser that i'm using.

I have a similar problem right now, I keep attempting to connect but it results in a failure+a message saying something like "cannot connect to Pokemon showdown server :("
