A Song of Ice and Fire Diplomacy Variant - Expression of Interest

Basically I'm trying to figure out if anyone would be interested on playing a variant of Diplomacy based on the continent of Westeros from George R. R. Martin's A Song of Ice and Fire series, which some of you may recognize as the thing that Game of Thrones is based off of. The particular variant I'd like to run is best played with eight people, but if for some reason everyone hates diplomacy all of a sudden I could make due with seven. There will be a few interesting new rules, but for the most part it's quite similar to the Diplomacy everyone's used to playing.

If enough people wind up being interested in this, I WILL run it, and it WILL be soon. A Walrein always pays his debts.

Seasons will be handled the same way as regular diplomacy, but it's more of a "beginning of the year" and "end of the year" than a "spring" and "fall".

Also, before you object, I'm trying to find a cleaner version of the map. We'll see how that goes.
