This is discuised as Chimchar to make this look like a lead chimchar so they might go for a super affective move aginst a chimchar and then it wont be super affective as I stay in there and go for a incinerate to get rid of a berry(it they have it) or another thing.Then in the end I will be left with low hp or hang on with my sash.So this thing is just a lead killer.​

If you are unsure of your selections, make a note of this or simply add a question mark after them so team raters can help you focus on perceived problems first.

Plus, judging on what you've already posted, Incinerate is a pretty terrible move, even in Little Cup. Why don't you just use Flamethrower instead? Also, A Capella is an extremely useless move, I would recommend Nasty Plot instead
 
Also, Jolly>Adamant and Timid>Modest.

Scarfchop rapes this team. So does leadchop. And subchop.

Phanpy is doing nothing for this team, since you already have Gligar to set SR and do other ground-type things, and Zuruggu and Tessy resist Rock. Why not run a Misdreavus over it? Takes Dynamicpunches like nothing, cripples physical walls, spinblocks, etc

Oh, didn't see that. Pretty much what darkamber said, except Gligar takes care of Machop somewhat, then something else can revenge it. Plus, always max out HP before defenses and max out Speed on offensive Pokemon (this means positive natures). I'll go ahead and fix the EVs and stuff

Fixed the EVs to be most efficient and put Nasty Plot over A Capella because A Capella sucks and Nasty Plot is awesome. If only Zoroa got Flamethrower, but I guess Incinerate has its uses. Just note that resisted Night Burst (63.75) is stronger than super effective Incinerate (60.00). 30 Speed is because of Hidden Power.

Fixed the EVs and changed the ability to Sand Veil because defensive Gligar wouldn't mind the ability to lose attack enough to five up +evasion in the sand.

Again, fixed the EVs. Plus, even though Phanpy's huge HP means Oran Berry will only heal 9 HP, it's still better than Evolution Stone. You should almost never have Evolution Stone on a Pokemon with no recovery whatsoever.

Fixed the EVs, plus added Shed Skin as the ability. With Shed Skin, you don't need Lum Berry and Rest can be used more effectively and last longer. You also lose out on Evolution Stone which is really awesome.

fixed EVs, replace Vacuum Wave because it's incredibly weak without STAB, and changed HP Grass to Grass Knot since it hits Starmie and Clamperl for 80 damage and allows you to use HP Ground, which hits Fire-types. With 0 HP IVs (or 1 in this case because of Hidden Power), Chimchar hits 19 HP, meaning Life Orb will only do 1.9 damage to it aka 1 because it's rounded down, meaning you get 19 attacks.

That's pretty much what I would do to be more efficient.
 
What?

You're still not EVing them right. At level 5, EVs affect the Pokemon differently. Just using 252 / 252 is a total waste
 
Why are you using 75s on missy, it isn't even divisible by four. Plus, this breaks a few rules. Shouldn't be in the LC subsection as you're claiming it's not LC and second all the Pokemon are outclassed by their evolutions, which is stated shouldn't happen in RMTs. (or all teams in general unless you're intending to troll)
