Approved Ability to highlight on certain kinds of tournaments.

As far as I know, the /highlight command does not work for tournaments in the same way it works for promotions or games of hangman. I enjoy HL'ing on certain tournaments such as random battles, but I do not enjoy being HL'd for tournaments for a tier that I do not play (nor have teams for).

This might already be possible; whoever looks into implementing should probably figure that part out first.
