Bumping this thread since it got lost in the mire without coming to a decision.

For my input, I guess I can say I told you so? I had my reservations about this from the beginning, but I could never quite put it into words. Debate is not exactly my strong suit. Personally I'd be fine with like a 30 minute wait or something along those lines, as it gives the first order plenty of time to go "Oh wait, I forgot XXX!" and quickly edit orders, without artificially extending matches.
 
If there's no other points to discuss, let's move this back into Voting for closure. Don't wait for me - any Council member can do this.
 
All right, here's the tentative voting slate:

Q1: How much "free edit" time should the player posting first have before the player posting second can order?
a) Different Default Time
b) No Change, return to discussion
c) No Change, keep as is
d) Remove "free edit" time altogether

If A is chosen, then we move onto the question

Q2: What should be the new Default Time?
a) 15 Minutes
b) 30 Minutes
c) 1 Hour
d) 2 Hours
e) Other (Give a value)

Assuming no issues, this slate will be put up for voting within 48 Hours.
