Like the title suggests, I think it'd be pretty useful to have a command that displays the RFAQs from Help in any room; most notably Admin Rank, Custom Avatar, Groupchats and Private Rooms, Hacking, Hidden Avatars, Ladder Lag, Lost Pass, Lost Teams, Minimodding, Piracy, Smogon, and Username Colour. Another way around that would be to also add FAQ entries for those, since not all Help RFAQs are relevant to other rooms.

it would be better to add most of the common rfaqs from help room to global faq like ha, ca, teambuilder, hacking, gcs etc.
Perhaps a nice solution would be to allow accessing roomfaqs from one room with a second parameter in the command (e.g /roomfaq ca, help)?
I don't think a /helpfaq command would be necessary (do note you can access some help faqs with /question, should you hit a filter regex on the main server.)
