Recently, I read https://www.smogon.com/smog/issue35/permaweather, and I thought "that should be a thing in showdown", and now I would like the addition of the custom rules "Weather length = _", "ability weather length = _", "ability terrain length = _", "terrain length = _", "move weather length = _", and "move terrain length = _". You should be able to battle in a way which lets you use terrain in a similar way to weather. Could you also make it so that by putting a "!" before it makes it so that it is unlimited?
