Good afternoon, managers and people of smogon.

Today I am here on behalf of the ORAS OU community to provide certain and undeniable evidence that Hisoka is in fact NOT a suitable person to represent any of your teams in this prestigious tournament.

Evidence #1
As provided by the man himself, we can see the scoresheet from the last edition of this ADPL Tournament. In this Exhibit we can clearly see that the defendant (previously known as Hsk7) performed admirably with a score of 7-1. Important contextual information that he didn't provide here is that he did NOT play in the regular ORAS OU pool, but instead, in the undrafted pool, which is known to be of lesser quality.
Every player listed on this scoresheet with a price over 1000 was in said pool. This pool consisted of players that managers in the previous edition did not consider good enough to play for the ORAS OU slot.
This goes to show that the defendant only managed to make it into this tournament by sheer LUCK.

Evidence #2
Currently ongoing is a ORAS exclusive tournament named the ORASCL. Despite the defendant being a good friend of the managers of the Empire Emboars (c0mp & kingofking) he wasn't even nominated for a starting position on that team. This just goes to show that not even some of his closest acquaintances want him as their ORAS OU starter.

If, by any chance, you decide to purchase him inspite of all the evidence I have laid out so far, then you should keep in mind that Hisoka is a known RFNer and a menace to schedule with.

The last, and maybe most damning piece of evidence, is the defendants utter inability of playing more than the three same teams.
Managers that plan on drafting him need to make sure that they are aware of his lack of teambuilding and unwillingness to take advice.

meh drama creator.. what a dick move to write all of that just to prove how much of a jerk you are to the community really, thought about not answering but meh, gotta defend myself

- I didn't win individual tours in oras yet, which means I don't deserve to be picked over others that might be better than me by winning tours or showing good results in SPL etc.

- Playing the same teams and winning shows that you're actually good at the tier, and it's actually a +Point for me, if you know my teams and i still beat you.. then it's a you problem.

Yup im known for my RFN, i do rfn because i just dont care that much ima load any team i feel like it and give it my best and if i win its cool if i lose it's whatever.. its just Pokemon yk no big deal..

- I rarely build against anyone because like i said most of the times i don't really care, in some cases against some good players i would do it if i need to / feel like it.

- last thing I did play in Main Pool and undrafted pool, I beat 3d in Main pool Link and others in undrafted.

Hello there,

I'm noa and I wanted to introduce myself as an ORAS Player, in last ADPL i've made the record of 3-3 in ORAS Undrafted while it was my first ever tournament but now I've got much more experience and wins, I'll be more motivated than anyone to play in ORAS even if I'm in undrafted slot or just a sub.

For my experiences i've won ORASCL I, made FCPL and went to Semi-Finals of ORAS Delta League. I know that it's pretty poor because I've been playing only since last year and I don't have a lot of opportunities to make teamtours but if you still wanna give a chance to a motivated player that can prep, build and ofc win then it'll be a real pleasure. Hello managers,

I wanted to get an opportunity to play for you guys in ADPL. My preference for tiers is primarily gen 9 but gen 7 and 8 I'm decently good at as well. I believe I'm really good at gen 9. Last year OU Circuit, I made a deep run in OST placing top 64 and for olt reaching at my max peak on ladder at an elo of 2015. For this year ost i also made a top 64 run as well, so im somewhat consistent with it. Also I was in OUFL where I went 1-2 in my first team tour so I’ve learned and thrived in a team setting. If given the chance I can improve to even be one of the best on the site. For teambuilding, I'm very flexible with teambuilding as all my teams I've used were created by me and can build most archtepyes at high level. To expect from me as a teammate I would be very flexible with timing and I'm always down to run scrims with everyone to help prep!

Why we should buy Nigel


I think we should seriously consider picking up Nigel for this team tour. First, he’s a very consistent player who rarely throws games and usually prepares well for opponents. In long team tournaments, reliability is extremely valuable because it reduces the chances of losing winnable games.


Another big advantage is his preparation. Nigel is known for putting time into scouting opponents and bringing solid game plans rather than relying purely on standard teams. That kind of prep can create matchup advantages, especially in weeks where other players may not have time to prepare as deeply.


He’s also a good team environment player. From what I’ve seen, he’s willing to test, share ideas, and help teammates build or refine teams. Having someone who contributes to the prep environment makes the whole roster stronger, not just his own slot.

hi @managers i play a lot of sv and ladder a lot, i went 3-1 oufl and helped with prep and team choices, ive hit top 10 sv ladder on several occasions and i build all the time, aside from that i dont have much to show besides ladder replays vs notable players but im committed can be active in teamcord help make prep not horrible and im pretty good at pressing buttons if slotted in
 
A note to managers, kindly consider new people who are promising in your eyes. This tour was created to give new people a chance and I’d hate it if it becomes one of those tours where new talent doesn’t get the chance it deserves. I am sure most of you all have your drafts decided but if any newbies interest you, do go for it. Always remember that giving a chance to someone can come a long way.

Good luck to all the new players hoping to be drafted this year and thank you Scoobs + Cala for hosting the tour. ADPL is a tour with a lot of history and i am glad it’s become a well known tour, thanks to all the efforts of the people who have been apart of the Academy community.
 
Hi @managers.

I don't play a lot of OU for more recent gens excluding SV, nor do I really have any results at all. (I'm mainly an old gen merchant).

I mainly play RBY, ADV, and DPP, but I can also help with SV, BW, and ORAS. Don't ask about GSC I'm never touching that shit tier.

I know I look like a blank slate with nothing to their name, and that's because I am; (that's kind of who the tournay is for, after all). I ask that I get one chance to redeem myself after the horrid performance that I put up last year.

And if I don't get picked up for any team either by a 3k purchase or by the lottery, hope everyone has fun.
