On the matter of Baton Pass Teams the vote results are as such:
1. Limit teams to a maximum of three baton pass users: 22
2. Change nothing: 3
Given option 1 has exceeded the threshold of the total vote needed (currently sitting at 73%), ADV OU teams will from now on be restricted to a maximum of three Baton Pass users.
On the matter of the move Baton Pass on Smeargle these were the vote results:
1. Ban Baton Pass on Smeargle: 20
2. Do not ban Baton Pass on Smeargle: 5
Given option 1 has exceeded the threshold of the total vote needed (currently sitting at 66%), the move Baton Pass will now not be allowed on Smeargle for ADV OU.
Thank you to all who have exercised your vote and to those as well who participated in the ladder suspects. This thread will remain open until the voting deadline set in the OP to allow those to vote and have their vote count towards the Tiering Contributor badge if they so please.
