was not notified by either that they had scheduled for after the deadline (in smogon pms) so I was within my right to coinflip the match. they had scheduled for today at 4pm GMT+3. therealcptn was online at this time and replied to Mister Tim (evidenced in their smogon conversation) but seemingly refused to play because the r2 was already posted and Mister Tim had lost the coinflip. since a time was scheduled I'm going to null the coinflip and give therealcptn the activity loss, the onus is on the participants to let me know if an extension is needed and not telling me about the extended match and ignoring the scheduled time is grounds for an activity loss. additionally, neither have played their round 2 matches.

the round 2 standings will be updated to reflect these changes
