Alright so there's been an administrative error with how some substitute pairings were made in this round. The original intent from the host was that by replacing an "inactive series" with a single substitute, more games can get played. This has the issue of allowing a R1 substitute to effectively gain a bye to R2, which has some issues to allow to happen.
We (dream and I) are going to "roll back" on 4 substitutes made this round, make an activity call on the games that were originally declared dead and substituted over, and allow these games to be played as normal R2 games. Luckily, none of these games had been played yet. I'd like to apologise to those wrongly subbed in, and those affected by having to schedule with their new opponents. Extensions will be given as necessary.
