They make an extremely potent balance core, with Skarmory supporting Zygarde with Spikes and status while also potentially helping to improof more exotic Zygarde sets like Life Orb. Both are very weak to Kyogre and Calyrex-S, however, so be sure to pack strong counterplay to them.
