For one thing, Protect/Detect takes on extra EN cost equal to incoming attack damage divided by 2.5, not 2. This would mean the extra EN cost from Protecting Snorunt against Rhyhorn and Roggenrola's attacks is (8.5+14.25)/2.5 = 9.1 energy. For another, since the Protect is transferred, Anorith is the one bearing the extra EN cost, not Snorunt. This in turn, means that Snorunt at least gets to fire off the Ice Beam at A2, which sets off another chain reaction that needs results before I order, sorry about that. Placeholder for orders here.
 
Alright Cana, look sharp! This is a foe we cannot take down by brute force - so we'll pour it copious amounts of rum instead! Start by intoxicating the beast while Pantherlily disorients Hyde-Rhyhorn, then hit-and-hide until lure it towards the shallows. This won't fell it outright, but it will at least allow us to be in a favorable position among the reefs when we finally can do so safely. Avast!
