All HAIL! (Hail Team)

I was very interested in weather teams when i recently started playing online. along with rating my team , it would be of big help of discussing the strenghths and weaknessess of Sandstorm and Hail teams. Which is better Sandstorm or Hail?

-Abomasnow-

Move Set- Blizzard, Wood Hammer, Focus Punch, Substitute
Nature/Item- Timid/Leftovers (Snow Warning)
EVs- 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe

Usual lead for Hail teams.i gave it Focus Punch to be able to fight some of the more common weaknessess (Tyranitar / Scizor). Substitute is for survival howeverI was thinking of switchingit out for protect so i could use that to see what the opponent would use against me and if it wouldnt hurt me that bad (Not super effective) then i would know i could attack. (Unsure about doing this though)

-Walrein-

Move Set- Substitute, Protect, Surf, Roar
Nature/Item- Bold/Leftovers (Ice Body)
EVs- 220 HP / 240 Def / 48 Spe

My staller. Im using the Stallrein set up here and the use of Substitute and Protect to get the 32 round going on. with Roar to take out annoying counters to Walrein. I chose to go with Surf instead of Blizzard since my team is abundant with Ice moves and because of a low PP with Blizzard.

-Tentacruel-

Move Set- Toxic Spikes, Rapid Spin, Blizzard, Surf
Nature/Item- Calm/Leftovers (Liquid Ooze)
EVs- 252 HP / 120 Def / 136 SpD

My fire counter (Infernape) and my sweeper. I chose to set it up with the toxic spikes to contine to damage my opponent incase of resistance to Hail. I went with rapid spin to get rid of stealth rock and spikes along with Blizzard over Ice Beam due to Hail's bonuses.

-Froslass-

Move Set- Blizzard,Substitute,Spikes,Thunderbolt
Nature/Item- Leftovers/Timid (Snow Cloak)
EVs- 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe

Froslass can take out the Gyrados/Salamence with this moveset. Thunderbolt can take care of Gyrados and any Water stallers that the opponent may have. Blizzard to handle Dragons and with Froslass's speed Blizzard has a chance of going first and could result in OHKO and THKO. Spikes to stack with Toxic Spikes and Substitute will cause damaging me in a Hail Storm that much harder

-Gliscor-

Move Set- Stealth Rock, Roost, Earthquake, Stone Edge
Nature/Item- Impish/Leftovers (Hyper Cutter)
EVs- 252 HP / 40 Def / 216 Spe

To counter lots of physical attacks and Tyranitar/Scizor i have Gliscor. Set to completley be defense i can use stealth rock to damage incoming opponents and roost to heal. Earthquake can damage many common physical fighters such as Infernape, Tyranitar, Scizor and Stone Edge can take out any Dragons,Ice,Flying that threaten my team.

-Rotom F-

Move Set- Blizzard, Thunderbolt,Rest Sleep Talk
Nature/Item- Bold/Leftovers (Levitate)
EVs- 252 HP / 120 Def / 136 SpD

I chose to go with a Status absorber Rotom F here to take status affects from primarily Abomasnow and Walrein. I gave it rest and Sleep talk to do just that. then i went for BoltBeam here however replacing Ice Beam with Blizzard due to the 100% accuracy with a Hail Storm.

Any advice would be nice to since im new to this and dont know much about stuff life Stalling or Walls or Sweepers or anything like that.

-UPDATE-
Glaceon removed in favor of Rotom F
Froslass loses Spikes in favor of Destiny Bond
Rotom F stats added
Froslass removed in favor of Moltres
Moltres stats added
Moltres Removed infavor of Froslass
Froslass stats added

-THOUGHTS-
Thinking about taking out Froslass here due to having Gliscor however im unsure currently. (CLEARED)
Unsure on having a Hail team with only 2-3 Ice types. Any advice here would be appreciated. (CLEARED)
Unsure of having two ghostss on the team as it may hurt in the long run. Possibility of switching a pokemon with Mamoswine (for vs Sandstorm) if needed (ADVICE NEEDED HERE)

To be honest, I'm not a big fan of Abomasnow leads. I myself use a Fake Out Infernape. Azelf and Infernape are a big threat to Abomasnow, and if he dies early on, a Hippowdon or Tyranitar can come in and ruin everything. Plus, it's nice to hide your strategy.

Glaceon is slow. I'd personally replace it with a Rotom-F, trading some SpAtk for Defenses.

Froslass wants Destiny Bond.

Your team can't touch Bronzong or Scizor. Gyarados is a problem after a DD. Lucario with Ice Punch hurts a lot, too.

If you want to use Abomasnow as a lead, I'd suggest a sassy nature so that he is slower against Hippowdon and Tyranitar leads, so you can get the weather up first. I also suggest changing his EV spread to 252 HP/176 Sp.def/80 Sp.A with Blizzard/Wood Hammer/Substitue/Focus Punch. It makes a good bulky water counter.

Also, you can remove Froslass with Hariyama, since you already have 3 pokemon that resist fighting (tentacruel, gliscor, and rotom), and none that resist rock. with thick-fat, Hariyama can also resist Fire. I'd suggest an Impish Hariyama, 80 HP/176 Att/252 Def with Whirlwind/Knock off/Force Palm/filler. Hariyama can help spread poison status around as well.

Hope I helped.

Ill think about the Abomasnow but ive changed Froslass with Moltres right before you posted to get rid of any Scizor or Heatran users. My main thing about making Abomasnow slower than Hippodown is that if im faster than Hippodon and slower than Tyranitar then either . A.) I attack before a Hippodon and probably kill it with WoodHammer/Blizzard but i might miss or B) Be slower than Tyranitar so i have Hail then switch out.

Thanks

Perhaps consider Spikes on Froslass. I'm a bit surprised that you removed it, as it definitely is an asset to a Hail team. As it is, Thunder Wave has a chance of conflicting with Toxic Spikes, which is undesirable.

If you don't like Froslass, Forretress is worth consideration as a Spiker. The exact set depends on your preference. Since this is a Hail team, you don't need any of that newfangled SDef anti-Latias stuff that is frequently seen on stall, so you can just use a standard variant.

If you don't need Spikes support, the Hariyama set listed above can be considered as a Tyranitar counter. Moltres...what can it do that Gliscor can't? You want one or the other. Both is a bit redundant.

See i took off Froslass because i only used it for a Fighting counter. but i put in Rotom F and that with Gliscor/Tentacruel was more than enough then i realized that a Scizor/Heatran could devastate me. Thats why i brought in Moltres.
