Allow users to delete their last few messages.
make a command like /deletemessages x, where x is the number of messages to be deleted.
using this command we can allow users to directly delete the messages or request room staff for approval to delete the messages.
do not completely make the messages disappear from chatroom instead show a "message deleted" text (see attachment)
i can code this myself just need the approval from upper staff

Rejecting this one. We very purposefully do not allow regular users to delete their messages as is, since it would simply make it easy for people to break the rules and then hide it from staff.
