Pending Allowing number- or symbol-only messages in high traffic rooms

This is a super small change, but could you make the 2 letter requirement in high traffic rooms (such as <<help>>), allow the 2 letters to be numbers or symbols (or capital letters)? Sometimes questions can be completely answered without the use of lowercase letters (fairly frequently "what are the chances of shiny pokemon in randbats" or "what is the probability of x")

Does it hurt to be more specific or include the user's name? I think it's more welcoming to say "a 1/1024 chance" or "Annika: 1/1024", while continuing to keep spam out. The Help room should prioritize being clear and friendly over answering as fast as possible.

Also, this would defeat a lot of the point of high traffic. Then people could just spam symbols/etc.
