Alolan Vulpix is a very niche Pokemon as it is only useful for its ability to use Aurora Veil as well as getting up Hail. This set in particular not only makes use of Aurora Veil but also uses two STAB attacks to deal maximum damage as well as being able to hit Water-type Pokemon. Moonblast or Hidden Power can be used as coverage to hit Pokemon such as Mienfoo, Magnemite, and Pawniard that often threaten it. Aurora Veil in particular is used to great avail when paired with set up Pokemon such as Shellder and Zigzagoon as they are able to set up without as much pressure of being revenge killed. Hazard removers such as Staryu and Snivy are good with Alolan Vulpix as it allows it to come in more often to set up Aurora Veil. Pokemon like Timburr are able to use priority to KO Alolan Vulpix before it is able to get up Aurora Veil so Spritzee and Foongus can be used as good partners to counter this.

Change the EV spread so that even if they choose a HP, the stats do not go down. You have remaining EVs on the set so you might as well use them.

Moonblast or Hidden Power can be used as coverage to hit Pokemon such as Magnemite and Pawniard that often threaten it.

Mention a Fighting type here so the moonblast line makes sense.

Mention Fighting types such as Timburr being able to kill alolapix before being able to set up screens and then list a good partner to stop fighting types.
