An Eeveelution Analysis - What's Your Opinion?

Eevee is one of the most unique pokemon to observe in the game. While its evolutions offer versatility in typing, its movepool remains shallow at best. Though all the eeveelutions share a common pre-existing form (Eevee), they also share the exact same stats - distributed uniquely:

Here is my question to you...
Looking to the potential 5th generation of pokemon, what would be the most ideal stat distribution for a new eeveelution (Eevee X)? What typing would most compliment its stats (without using any previous types)? And finally, what plausible ability would suit the typing's theme (i.e. Volt Absorb = Electric)?

This is a great chance to be creative, but let's go over a few standard concepts that follow the trends of eeveelution:

1) "Eevee X" must be a single type that has not been previously used. It's ability should accommodate its type to a certain extent (Umbreon slightly breaks the mold with Synchronize - no other Darks share this ability).

2) "Eevee X" most stay within the constraints of the 60/65/65/95/110/130 stat distribution spread. These points can be expended in any way you see fit - that have not been previously used.

3) When posting, try to use the following format:

Name
Ability
x/x/x/x/x/x
(HP/Atk/Def/SpAtk/SpDef/Spe) respectively​

4) Finally, keep in mind that "Eevee X" must have access to Eevee's movepool/egg moves. This presents new opportunities to utilize Baton Pass and Charm/Fake Tears.

Feel free to name your eeveelution, post a picture, write a strategy - whatever you deem necessary to share your concept. Let's get some creativity flowing through this forum!
 
Unfortunately, i don't really have the creativity to create a pokemon, (balanced at that) but im 100% positive that the next eeveelution is Dragon.

Why Dragon? All the eeveelutions (grass, ice, fire, etc...) all used to be special attacking types, and Dragon's the only one left.

So Drageon it is! I hope someone else can come up with the actual pokemon though...
 
So you want us to Create-a-Pokemon in here. Didn't you notice that theres a huge sub-forum for this? Also, just because you can't post that in the CaP forum doesn't mean you can post it in Stark.

A Physically bulky pure flying type that mantains it's resistance to fighting, has speed to support and potentially take advantage of air slash and roost
 
I don't think they make a Dragon Eevee:S Till now all Eevees were the same animal(half dog half cat thing(ok Vaporeon got some Fish parts, but its a water pokemon it needs to swim somehow) I can't think how dragon Eevee would still be an Eeveelution. I go for fighting and Steel(there are some nice pics of those in the smeargle studio)

Actually the way I read it he is attempting to promote discussion, the CAP project is designed in a way everyone creates one pokemon.
 
A pure dragon type would be interesting. I see what you're saying - following the special end of the spectrum, but that applies to pre-4th generation (before the phys/spec split).

Here is my idea:

Spectreon (ghost)
Pressure
95/130/65/60/65/110

This is essentially a physical Gengar with a little more in the HP dept. Given, eevee has a poor movepool, but perhaps it could have access to Shadow Claw, Shadow Sneak, Will-o-wisp, Hypnosis, Sucker Punch, Focus Punch, or Destiny Bond. This could let it hit hard from the physical end of the offensive spectrum, while being able to support with status affliction.
 
i have zero creativity, so here would be one of my ideas:

steeleon (steel type)
Clear Body
110/60/65/130/60/95

This is supposed to be a steel type sweeper, but with stats spread out that it has a different role than jirachi, empoleon, metagross, or heatran. It has high speed for a steel, coupled with massive SpcA, and i guess decent defences.

i realize he would probably be an inferior heatran, but with a SR resist and only a 2x weak to ground he could fill some niches

I'm just promoting creativity/discussion - not a project focused around a single, ultimate product. I'm new here, so if this thread needs to be moved, I apologize.
 
I personally think the only other plausible Eevee evolution would be a fighting type. I have seen a guy's avatar with quite a nice Fighting type Eevee.

Maybe some one more creative than me could create some stats etc.
