Welcome to Smogon! Take a moment to read the Introduction to Smogon for a run-down on everything Smogon, and make sure you take some time to read the global rules.
Analyses will be categorized in the following manner:
[Unreserved] – The analysis is not reserved. You are free to reserve it. [Reserved]– The analysis is reserved or the analysis is in progress. [Completed] - The analysis has been completed and uploaded onsite.
*Analyses Tags - You are required to update your thread with proper tags or your analysis will not be QCed.
When you post your thread, be sure to use the appropriate tag for each stage of the analysis. Below, you'll find an explanation for each individual process:
(WIP) - Work in Progress: The skeleton is incomplete and is not ready for the QC Team to evaluate. Keep in mind that the longer your analysis stays in WIP stage, the greater the chance of it being reassigned. Do not be lazy. Additionally, it's recommended to not comment on an analysis that's still a WIP, as the writer is still making the adjustments necessary before they are ready for feedback.
(Quality Control) - Quality Control Ready: In the thread title, include [QC: 0/3]. The skeleton is complete in bullet point form and now needs to seek approval by the QC Team. Make sure you update the thread title with the number of QC checks you currently have. Your analysis must be properly formatted and the thread properly labeled before receiving a QC check. After the second QC check, only then may you begin writing the analysis; otherwise, it must be in bullet point form to be QCed. Once given the second QC check, you must have the analysis fully written to receive the third QC check.
(Copyediting) - Grammar-Prose Ready: In the set title, include [GP: 0/2]. The three required QC approvals have been met. The Grammar-Prose team now takes over. When you are ready for a GP check, please post in the Grammar-Prose Queue with a link to your analysis. Be sure to proofread your analysis and to read up on the GP standards beforehand to know what's expected.
(Done) - Completed: After the analysis gets two GP stamps, the analysis is ready to be uploaded. Be sure to update your thread's tags and stamp number as you move along the process. Lastly, bump your thread once the last GP check is implemented to notify the moderators that your analysis is ready for upload.
Unreserved: (2)
This is the initial list of Pokemon that will be getting entirely new analyses or updates for the time being. Other Pokemon might be added to this list in the future.

None
Low Priority List (2); Full analyses for Pokemon that aren't RU by usage but are viable in the RU tier
Sableye
Uxie
Reserved: (42)
This lists includes reserved and in progress analyses. Names of the respective authors are included here for clarity.
Under normal circumstances, you may only work on up to two analyses at any given time or three if you are a badgeholder.
If your analyses are reassigned for any reason, you may only work on one analysis at any given time up until you've successfully complete a single analysis.
Analyses bolded red may only be reserved once given moderator approval. Post in the thread and wait for a moderator to give you the green light before doing anything or your analyses will be reassigned. QC is exempt from this rule.
You do not need to ask for permission to reserve an analysis unless it's bolded red. You may work on any other analysis right away once reserved.
If the QC team deems an analysis to be of poor quality, then they have every right to reassign it.
Do not post skeletons lacking content, and in a similar vein, you must post your skeleton at least one week after reserving it or it is subject to be reassigned.
